Quick summary: kids like it but it doesn’t seem professionally run and if you are just planning to spectate kids you need to be aware there are blind gaps. Booked it for a day out with my goddaughter. Did it online and ordered the socks as it said you would need them: I thought they would be special (like you get at other venues like Oxygen with little rubber grips at the bottom) but there wasn’t anything special or significant about them. Also they just let other wear their own socks so I spent £5 for no reason. There’s no place lockers ( which I didn’t realise until I arrived). They say in their safety video no personal items and no flips when in the bouncy area; but this wasn’t enforced (there are kids filing themselves running round it and older ones watching tictok in a corner somewhere). All of the staff seem quite young - which there is nothing wrong with as some of them seem to be keeping a vigilant eye out or being polite and approachable - some however are just sat having a chat with each other not really paying attention. I paid to go on the attraction with my goddaughter: she’s 6. It was fun but it’s shaped like as ‘S’ shape so for the adults who were spectating they couldn’t see their children when they were in the middle stretch (there’s no staff there either). There weren’t any any incidents while I was there most children were just helped out by other children.

Misleading from the pictures shown there was no ball pit, asked member of staff and they said they don’t have one, I was confused as it’s shown on the pictures my kids and my sons friend saw the pictures before arrival and said they were most excited for the ball pit to then be told they don’t have one, why advertise it on the pics if they don’t have one? I did not agree with the waiting area and softplay area being cordoned off with a wall and a doorway with a member of staff monitoring wrist bands, I wasn’t given a wrist band to least help my husband supervise the kids as there were 3 of them and my husband can’t be in 2 places at once! i don’t know why I was not allowed to swap over with my husband so he could have a break over a petty wrist band policy! he wasn’t feeling well which I explained to the staff and they said I would have to buy a full price ticket if I wanted to do that! This has now taken this experience away seeing my kids and son friend for first time at airthrill, very disappointing! 😢 attached a picture of the ball pit that was non existent as shown on their website! If they had it before the picture should have been removed from their website to avoid disappointment or Google informed to take it down!

Very challenging, fun, entertaining, caters to all ages...yes, even adults. It's never crowded because they do each sections in intervals. If the litter one's doesn't enjoy it because of the scary octopus, or it being overwhelming. At the front, there are interactive floor games(my 6, and 4yr old loved this) There is no cash payment everything is done by card..with unlimited slushy drinks(7 to choose from) and other beverages. There's also somewhere to put your belongings(I'd advice, to bring a sure bag if you want to have your phone & card on person.) The staff are amazing...WE HAD A GREAT TIME.😁

My son had a birthday party here a few weeks ago. The venue was good it has a lot of entertainment inside the inflatable course for the kids and fun in the communal area too. But the arrangement of how the birthday packages are organised is the downfall of this place.

We were given a table to sit at and a bag to put coats bags and shoes inside. The kids were supposed to have 75 minutes of jumping and 30 minutes in the party room in total. This was cut short as they start getting the children out of the play area 15 minutes earlier so they can be organised & go up to the party room in time. Therefore the kids only had 60 minutes of jumping time, 15 minutes was lost sitting gathering the children who obviously don’t want to sit in one place for long.

The 30 minutes allocated for the party room was by far not enough, some children ate slower than others & it was not enough time to eat, drink, play, sing happy birthday and cut a cake all within half an hour, it’s more a less impossible.

The staff were coming in every 5 minutes reminding us that we only have such amount of time left & we felt very rushed and pressurised. Before we were even finished they came in and started hoovering & cleaning up whilst we were still occupying the room because they had another party. After asking if we could have an extra few minutes as we had paid a lot for this package we were told nothing could be done.

The young girl even rudely turned off the music by the door on her way out without asking us and had an obvious attitude towards the end of it all because we were taking time. There is no party host neither just staff that help you carry the things to the room if you want help and then keep pestering you that time is almost up.

Only 5 parents were allowed into the party room due to covid & when the party had finished we all went back downstairs to see that the remaining parents had to leave the table we were originally at with all the coats, shoes and bags because the staff had to give that table to someone else again with a reservation. They were bunged onto a small bench in the corner. Airthrill need to organise the party packages better as it was very poor, and not continuously rush guests to finish up. I wasn’t impressed with the customer service towards the end of the day considering the...

Today we went to Air Thrill Catford with my 3 children. Unfortunately the system doesn't allow you to give less than 1 star otherwise I would have given our service 0 star.

The Manager there, a wonderful (ironic) lady called Kyra screams in front of my face and for all to hear that I and my Family are Banned ! Children crying etc.. I ask why so, and why wasn't I informed before now or I wouldn't have taken the trouble to come all the way here this afternoon obviously ?? She replies she's adamant I was told last time that i was banned . I still can't see how ?! Anyway then I ask what's the reason as my child behaved impeccably before, it turns out that there is this policy (still haven't been able to show it to me) that states all SEN parents have to follow their sen child everywhere they go, I mean every step they make to go with them all around the obstacle course, to basically be their shadow. I already discussed this with them on previous occasions stating that it won't be possible for me to follow him high on the obstacle course for health reasons, that he is perfectly capable and doesn't want me to follow him, that I will watch him closely from the edge of the soft play. That is what they reproach to me and the reason all my children are now banned ! I feel they discrimate, Harrass, attack and scapegoat goat the sen children . This is unlawful and have issued already my formal complaint to their Head Office! Of all the kids places I've visited with my kids over the past 10yrs, avoid this place like the plague if you can ! The Management is shockingly bad!!!!!!! The Place was so quiet today and lately it's no wonder. They treat many people like dirt. No empathy, understanding, tolerance, kindness, love, warmth of any kind there from the staff/Management. At least if we did something wrong then fine ban me! But when we have done absolutely wrong ?!?!...

I wasn't going to write a review of this experience, as I really want Catford Business' to succeed, but having just had a parking ticket through for £100 (making the total cost of this absolute shambles £350) this needs sorting out! We arrived for my sons 5th birthday (12/4/25) having been given reassurances from the team at AirThrill that (almost) 5's would be able to take part. He had 10 mates attend, 3 of which wouldn't have been (quite) 5 by the time the party took place. Within 10 mins of our stone cold reception, the kids were told directly that they wouldn't be allowed to bounce - this obviously lead to chaos. Telling a small child they can't actually go into the party with their mates is never going to end well, but the way the on site team handled was nothing short appalling. Nobody cared one bit, there were no allowances made, or offers of alternative activity (in a room full of fun stuff for kids) so we're left with 3 mortified children, and their parents trying to console them. The 7 that were allowed to bounce went in but when their parents tried to check on them (this is a massive room full of inflatables) they were told 'no, you have to pay extra to do that'. Had someone tried to work with us slightly on the day, or make a bad situation better, it would've been resolvable, but the way the team handled this made a bad situation significantly worse. There's been no follow up since, no apology, no feedback request, just a parking ticket to say that parking outside the venue for 2 hours and 19 minutes cost me £100. Avoid at all possible costs for a kids party would...
