Bubble CiTea Uxbridge — Attraction in London

The tea is good but unfortunately the customer service from the two girls today on 26 May Friday at 1640 onwards is just so bad. I asked for a bubble tea and I got it but there was no receipt from the till attendant and the shorter girl who prepared my drink didn’t really make an effort in communicating and didn’t look very happy at doing my order. She completely ignored me and I was on her right hand side and was standing where the collection point sign was and she was close to giving my drink to another lady. Thankfully the customer said it wasn’t hers. The short lady did not even turn her head to see that I was waiting for my drink, and did not say a single word nor looked at me. It’s quite funny as she prepared mine first and put it to the side and started to prepare the other customers drink second even though she was first in the queue. I don’t know what their issue is with me but I would like to know they have something against me. The shorter lady seemed to be completely oblivious to my existence, and there was zero eye contact, which led to my tea being behind the counter for a few more minutes causing inconvenience to me. I was finally given the tea by the person who charged me for the drink at the till after she filled her mouth with something and was chewing and talking as she was making other people’s drinks while I was still waiting. It was then given to me by the taller lady who initially charged me 8.10 for the overpriced drink. That is often a bad sign and a red signal. Customer service should always put the customer first but they just didn’t on this occasion. Such a shame as the tea is quite good. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Where do i start , they have the audacity to charge you 50 pence when you ask for no ice in your bubble tea , That is just ridiculous and super greedy , I don't like very cold bubble tea so why force the ice . Secondly they charge you for any topping apart from their free tropica topping , no other bubble tea do that , but their tropicpa topping was ·sold out· which is not my fault instead of giving me another topping to choose from they still wanted to charge me for it even though they supposed to give you a topping for free . So I Choose the pudding topping, which was so big that it isn't drinkable with the straw ！！ I feel like these are some kind of scammers with hidden fees never again and I want recommend anyone to buy from these doggy greedy shop they don't...

Have been a rather regular customer for the past year, however, today I ordered my usual order that being Jasmine tea with 50% sugar and boba. It tasted nothing like what Ive received before despite ordering this rather often. It was very bitter, no sweetness whatsoever and absolutely undrinkable. When I returned to complain about it, the barista was very rude and dismissive.
