Domino's Pizza - London - Woolwich — Attraction in London

So today I place my called to place my order over the phone . Apparently seem to be a new advertisement campaign where Alex (previous manager) predecessor is busy telling costumers is a new boss in town our community Dominos is now under new management not sure if is a launguge limitation but I simply wanted to place my order over the phone like I always do.

To be told “new management “ something I didn’t as or cared to know and secondly that I am not allowed not only to place my order over the phone but they don’t take face to face orders .

So I proceeded to make my order online as I was told that’s the only way to place your order now .

I am a mother of an autistic child that unfortunately been sick for the past 3 days , haven’t had much sleep for days, today collapsed and I have been in hospital with him all day , was discharged of hospital and my child ask me for pizza early evening . My intention was to tell my mother to collect on my behalf reason I initially called as she is already out just to be told that’s not possible as from the information he gave if you can only order only it mean you can’t pay on collection as they not taking face to face orders either.

So I did just for me to get there and see 2 customers ordering and paying in cash.

When confronted the staff looked scared and their new “advertiser/store manager was quick to come to the front with his dirty T-shirt no name batch to again let me know our community Dominos is under new management question I did not asking , Simple’s ask him why he lied to me over the phone and told me they don’t longer take Dave to face orders all order are to be process online! I called today 04th of December at 17:55 hope the phone calls are recorded , tried to tell me to leave if I don’t like the new management and refuses to give me his name until other customers confronted him to give me his name.

I am one of the most regular customers, this Dominos is part of the community and we have all build relationships with the staff and them with us to be treated and lies to and told new management as if that was relevant to my order or the level of service I was meant to receive repulse me , no apology or...

Appalling. Been ordering here weekly for a long time, a few weeks ago it was poor, so it put us off for a while. Come back again and it's worse. Sent me the wrong pizza - added pickles of all things. I could ignore some onion but pickles are disgusting. Called to inform them, I recieved no apology, the staff member seems completely disinterested. 45 minutes after the first delivery (bear in mind they're a 5 min drive away) I recieve the 'correct' pizza but it is completely burnt, hardly any cheese when I ordered double cheese. Dunno what changed or who left but this has gone downhill hard, there is zero care from the staff in what they are doing, I genuinely don't see myself ever ordering again now. This is a completely different quality of service and pizza than it was a year ago. If I messed up an order at my work I would make sure to make the replacement was good, maybe go a little extra. Instead they sent us cardboard cheese less rubbish. Next time I think I fancy a Dominos I'll just set 20 quid on...

AVOID! My pizza came undercooked and soggy, I tried one slice and it was inedible, I still feel sick now. When I called up to explain they said it couldn’t possibly be under cooked and blamed it on the pineapple being on the pizza! Ridiculous really, I often have pineapple on my pizza and it has never made the pizza soggy and wet. They then refused to send me a new pizza because they where closing, that’s probably the reason why it was under cooked in the first place, because they where rushing to get out of there. Explains why it arrived so quickly. I’m disappointed and shocked at the low standard of this domino’s and how little they cared to rectify the problem. After they refused to send me a properly cooked pizza, I had to ask for a refund. Although they did accept the refund, they did not seem the slightest bit apologetic and instead made excuses like “the pineapple makes it soggy” then when I shut that down they blamed it on “the stuffed crust” rather than owning up to their mistake.
