Domino's Pizza - London - Thornton Heath — Attraction in London

I can only say I was amazed by the experience I had here tonight Crystal Palace was playing against Wolverhampton so I can only assume the woman serving thought anyone coming in here would be drunk and would not notice what she was doing she was making up the prices and the menus as she wanted.

I asked for the buy one pizza get one free which is for collection only its advertised on the display screens above the till, it is on the menus on he till but I was then told by the lady this is only for pizzas with two toppings which I know is not true. I could not be bothered to argue so asked about the other deal any pizza any size for £10.99 and was told again this is only for medium pizzas or I can get two topping for £7.99 I asked for the the medium and paid £10.99.

Another customer came in and asked for the same pizza I just ordered and was told thats £17.99 but it should have been £10.99 he said that was two much and asked if there are any cheaper pizzas she said you can get two toppings for £7.99 he said ok and told her the two toppings he wanted she then said that will be £10.99 he said wait a minute you just said its £7.99 but again she said £10.99 I said thats not what you just told him he then said wait a minute and opened the front door and the poster in the window says two toppings for £6.99 she then asked for £6.99.

A customer that had been served before I arrived and was waiting for his pizza to be ready asked about buying some water her response is you need to order something else and he said I have ordered pizza and waiting and was told he can't just buy water with credit card so he said he will pay for it in cash but was told no you can't do that either so he asked for his pizza and left.

Then it just gets better another customer comes in and asked about the deals and the lady says to can buy any size pizza for £10.99 which he was happy with and paid but I was told this is only for medium size pizzas.

I am just left speechless by what I have seen tonight and I was only in there for about 20 to 25 minutes who know who else was conned tonight and has been conned in the past in this branch the only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the pizza was actually...

My second ever visit to "Domino's" and was even better than the first time, the food was as amazing as the first time, and the service was even better, I was served by a young lady called "Jess", who was really and polite as we walked in, she had very good customer service skills, and after a quick chat about our order my son and I waited outside because of how warm we were, within no time at all we saw that "Jess" had come out from behind the counter, opened the door and handed our pizzas to us, which was totally unexpected, as shop assistants normally beckon you with a finger and a bored look on there face. Customer service like we experienced this evening is just as important to paying customers as the product we are purchasing.
