Because the kids had a lot of fun, I am giving it a 3 stars, but otherwise I’d give it a 1 star. Like many other reviews, I found the place extremely filthy and not well maintained. It’s also very impractical. If you’re driving, you may be disappointed. Whilst parking is free for jumpers, it was absolutely full and some more. Despite waiting, waiting and waiting, it never emptied and so when we ended up running out of time, I ended up finding another car park (5 min walk) which unfortunately I had to pay for. Then when we arrived there were no locker available (which you have to pay for unlike other locations) and wasn’t comfortable leaving my stuff around with my valuables in. Eventually, I saw someone clearing their lockers, yet the system still didn’t let me rent it. Upon speaking with the staff, they told me that was because the previous user did not clear it and so the system still thought it was in use. In the end, they told me I could use it (for free) but would need to ask for a staff member to open it up each time. Whilst I appreciated their goodwill gesture, I was concerned that either the previous user and/or a new user could access the locker when the renting period came to an end…. Now onto the facilities, beyond the overall cleanness of the place, it’s actually quite big. I think it might be the biggest between Canary Wharf and Lakeside as a comparison. It’s split between 2 floors. The ground floor is mainly tailored for younger crowds, whilst the upstairs caters for older kids. Although everyone would enjoy either or. We personally enjoyed a lot the soft play area and bouncy castle where we did races & played hide & seek. Unsure I would return if going on my own as too much stress.

Today i booked my son birthday party at the flip out in east ham, and i remained very disappointed of the experience. From entering the building, we came across several health and safety issues on our way to the party room: We had to pass very clsely to unsecure scaffolding, walk very narrow and dirty stairs . After we passed that part, i hoped that the situation woud improved but i was shown wrong . When we arrived in the party room, the filth we coud find in that room was just unbelievable. The tables were so sticky that we had to cut the cake from the box, the floor was full of dirt , crumbs and litter, the chairs were covered in dust and the room was freezing cold. In the party room , we were supposed to celebrate a birthday party of a child who just turned 4, together with several other kids in aproximate age, we came across chemical bottles left unattended and the room looked like it hasn't been cleaned at least from the previous party. For all of the above i was charged £200 , which i find unacceptable, not for the money, but for the health and safety standards this business or company is allowed to function. I don't even want to begin to discuss the health and safety concerns related to all the accidents that coud had happened, and I'm just hoping my kid and the other kids are not hoing to get ill from this experience. Given all the above , i will make sure to contact all the relevant bodies in regards for all the health and safety concerns, poor staff management, terrible customer service and policies and procedures.

We visited here with 9 children. They did have fun and there were some soft play editions which they really enjoyed and I was relieved they spent a long time on there instead of the trampolines as there were no staff spotting at all. My sister lost sight of 2 of her little ones and we searched up and down twice but couldn't find them. We informed staff that we had been looking for a while and that could they alert all staff to look aswell. One of try and help me search the back area party rooms incase there wondered there. Still we couldn't find them and at this point I panicked as there is no barriers from the area to the street doors which I think is extremely worrying. I ask staff to check there cameras but they wanted to serve customers first. I saw the security room open so I run over and in a panic and said camera need to be checked we have 2 missing very young children but I was very weirdly told that I was being abusive??? There was no abuse just a clearing panicked adult about 2 lost children. I had to explain that no I am highly concerned please check your cameras. They said they had 20 members of staff helping but on site i seriously only ever saw 2 in the area who were chatting and on thier phone so the fact they said there was 20 on site was very strange. We found them in one of the soft play that looked bigger that when on the outside. The staff were more concerned with telling me I should not have come into the office to which I had to question if they understood my urgency about having two lost children. They were not bothered at all and definitely not empathetic or supportive. This was very upsetting. After this we were upstairs where there are many trampoline s and a drop slide. There was not one member of staff up there. I have a video that shows this that i will send to head office. No one was spotting trampolines and making sure safety rules were being followed. It was an anxious 2 hour visted that as soon as I entered I prayed injury would not occur. Toilets were the worst hygiene I have ever seen. They had a metal gate with yellow padding on one trampoline but if a child did happen to jump on there tbey could have really hurt themselves as bottom metal feet were sticking out they had this on the upper floor where they was no staff the staff only came out to tell everyone that their time was up and then back to wherever they were hiding( probably the office as there seemed to be more staff in there than outside who were apparently all not on shift). I would think twice about attending. It does have alot of good features but staff definitely let this place down. When I say no one seems spot trampolines on the arena it is no exaggeration. There were only 2 by the little trampolines who were constantly chatting and on their phones that is it. Also I think it would be a very very good idea to install a gate from the area and street area as children could easily walk out and it could only take a couple of seconds to lose sight of a child. The fact that there was no gate was why I became so panicked as it was a possibility that they could easily have left. If this gate was there it would have given me security that they were inside no...

I had my son's 6 birthday here today. I spent £361 for 15 children to attend. 14 guest and my son( 2 who did confirm food orders etc, so recieved a voucher for those 2). We were told to get there for 1:30 to watch the safety video. Most of the guests were on time. From the moment I entered the place I was not impressed as the team at reception stated that the party planner was late. Another lady who named herself as patty supervisor was allocated to us in the end. In the end we didn't watch the safety video and went in to the trampoline park at 2. The party was at 3. No where is it stated that the party rooms were upstairs. I had people in our party group that have various health problems and can not use stairs who had no choice but to use the stairs. The trampoline park is not inclusive of those with with additional needs. 3 of my friends had to leave their buggies under the stairs with no guarantees that it would be safe as it is an open space for all. We were led to what was a cold and uninviting space which looked like a dungeon. No decorations in sight. Another parties belongings and balloons were in the room. A very disgraceful room which was filthy all around. The seats were covered in food and other dirt. The floor was slippery in which a few of the kids including my son fell over. The toilet was covered with boxes and cleaning equipment which was unsafe and inaccessible and unhygienic. Another thing that angered me was the food. I emailed food choices one in particular was no Cheese in the burger. All burgers had cheese in them. I was told that I didn't state this in my email. I then had to show the email I sent as proof. Another child had to wait for their food. The table wasn't set up as if it was a party. Food was appalling and not even worth £50. A packet slice of Chicago Town frozen pizza that is sold in supermarkets. One flavour of pom bears crisp that is cheap which you can find a whole pack in £99p shop. The hotdogs can not even be called hotdogs , burgers that looked straight out the freezer. At no time was we asked if the children wanted ketchup etc. No drinks were provided for the party and if we didn't ask about the Krush slashes we would have not known we had to get it ourselves. No paper towels provided until we asked after children had spilt drinks. Room was cold. On the way down we all noticed how filthy the staircase is. Cobwebs everywhere. I would like compensation as this place failed health and safety wise as no one mentioned what we need to do in the event of an emergency. It would not have been achievable for us to escape immediately in the case of a fire with such young children. At no time did we ever meet the late party planner. If I could give no stars I would. I would never visit flip out again and will share videos of this branch on all social media platforms. I will also not recommend this place to anyone even my worse enemy. If I don't get compensation I will take this further and report to the needed companies even Newspaper's.

We were left without our party planner, no music in the room, no table cloth on the table seeing as this was a party. Overall a very dirty...

First time at this location and I can't say it was a pleasant experience.

Firstly, the staff at the desk were not welcoming, distracted by "something" on the screen so they didn't have to serve. It was a Sunday, quiet morning! No advise on what to expect, notification of what's open/closed - NOTHING.

Secondly, there's no changing room. Spacious locker room area but no changing area with privacy. No clear signage of where the bathrooms are - had to ask one of the uninterested and not so friendly looking staff. The women's bathroom was closed and had to use the Accessible toilets that were hidden at the back of the venue that looked like a construction site, with dirty floors, uncleaned, really hot - just poor. Felt bad using it as it was accessible friendly so I may have been occupying it when someone needed it more! Plus it was unisex.

Thirdly, paying full price for a group of 10+ with kids and adults of all ages, a lot of areas were closed!! No one at reception cared to mention this. All the fun areas were closed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

  • NOTE * THERE IS NO FOAM PIT OR 'GLADIATOR-STYLE' BEAM!

AGAIN NO ONE INFORMED US PRIOR TO BOOKING OR AT RECEPTION! HAD TO FIND OUT FROM A STAFF MEMBER ONCE ONE WAS FOUND.

Fourthly, there were people being unsafe (kids and responsible adults for kids); clearly not remembering the safety video online which you sign a waiver for. Or simply they haven't watched it! Either way, the staff "supervising" a large area on the first floor (1-person most of the hour slot I was there for!) were not supervising. They did not say ANYTHING! They just sat on the highest position, looking bored and on their phone the whole time. Absolutely shocked at such behaviour when you have a responsibility.

Fifthly, besides areas being out of bounds, there were trampoline spots with yellow barriers to prevent people from using them. They were unsafe! The green walkway between the trampoline spots were tilting inwards. I slipped and could have fallen inwards but there were so many kids that could have and hurt themselves. No waiver will cover that! If anything, it's liable for the company. They haven't done all they can to make it safe. The bare minimum which was of appalling standard.

The only "good" part was it had three floors (basement closed off).

I do not recommend this place (Go Lakeside venue or even better,...
