I visited here with my family yesterday for iftaari. Firstly, the interior is beautiful. No other place in East Ham like this. Even the bathroom was so pretty. We had to make a reservation for their £10.99 deal, which is advisable as there was not one seat empty.

The service was warm, friendly and helpful. I really loved how well trained all the staff were, which you don't often see in desi restaurants.

Now the food. We had three drinks in total included in the meal. Fresh mango juice, lime juice and kadak tea. The cold drinks were lovely but the tea was exceptional. They were very happy to give a refill too, which was a nice touch. For starters we were given mini platters that included a tempura prawn, a chicken samosa, an egg pakoras, fruit salad and dates. Everything was so tasty but the only reason why I'm removing one star is all the starters were cold. Iftaari is at 6:20pm. We got there at 6pm and the starters were already on the table. I would suggest that in future they please only bring the starters out 5 mins maximum in advance. I understand it is difficult with kitchen sequencing.

The main dish was huge. It came in a beautiful earthern pot. We had ghee rice, beef curry, chicken 65, mussels, popadam, Paratha with chicken curry inside, salad, daal, and poori. Honestly it was so delicious. Everything had a distinctive taste. The beef curry especially was chefs kiss.

I can't Rice Club enough. I hope their quality remains high as it was yesterday and they do very well in East ham. Look forward to trying their Arab dishes next as the owner recommended those.

I came again a couple of weeks later and was served by Shakeel who was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. Everything was piping hot this time and taste was excellent. Very reasonably priced too. I hope to try new dishes next time...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rice Club, and I must say, the food and service are absolutely top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly enhanced the entire dining experience.

Let me start with the food — it was simply delicious. While their signature dish is said to be the Kabsa, which I found to be good, it didn’t personally give me that ā€œwowā€ feeling. However, the Cheese Alfam and Beef Palli Curry totally stole the spotlight for me. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful, rich, and cooked to perfection — easily some of the best I’ve had. If you’re visiting, I highly recommend giving these two a try!

What really set Rice Club apart, though, was the exceptional service. I want to especially appreciate the owner of the restaurant for creating an environment where the staff are given the freedom to speak and express themselves, and more importantly, for the way they use that freedom responsibly. In many places, such freedom often leads to overfamiliar or unprofessional interactions, but here it’s quite the opposite. The staff treat customers with genuine warmth, like a friend or family member — striking the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism.

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Nahala and Abhinaya, who served us with kindness, respect, and an impressive sense of courtesy. Their friendly and well-mannered approach truly made our visit even more special.

Overall, Rice Club isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a place to feel welcomed and cared for. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal with even...

A Delicious Experience at Rice Club, East Ham

My friends and I had the pleasure of dining at Rice Club in East Ham today and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we walked in, the ambience stood out—elegant, warm, and inviting, setting the perfect mood for our evening.

We ordered the biryani and naipathal, and were lucky enough to try their Herbal Seafood Platter—a true highlight of the meal. The seafood platter was absolutely top-notch, bursting with flavor and incredibly fresh. It's hard to put into words just how delicious it was—definitely one of the best seafood dishes we’ve ever had.

The biryani was equally impressive—rich, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. Every bite spoke volumes about the chef's expertise—hands down, an outstanding dish.

A special shoutout to Arya, our waitress, who was exceptionally sweet, kind, and attentive throughout our visit. Her service added a personal touch that made our meal even more enjoyable.

We’ll definitely be recommending Rice Club to others and can’t wait to return. If you're in East Ham and looking for authentic, flavorful food in a beautiful setting—this place is...

BEST KERALA BIRYANI šŸ˜ . @Rice Club Located in East Ham. Just found another Kerala hidden gem. You guys know I absolutely love Kerala food. And this new spot is absolutely top tier. The interior is clean and modern. With a menu serving flavour of Kerala alongside fusion Arabic dishes . The Kerala biryani was easily the best Kerala biryani I’ve had. This had so much flavours and everything about it was perfection. Chicken quality was also really good. The Arabic kabsa was banging. Rice itself was amazing. It’s made fresh to order and takes around 20mins . The chicken al fahm was again best one I’ve had. Every dish had its unique taste and flavours. The Kerala seafood boil another unique take. The portion size was on point and it had a very unique taste but very enjoyable. #halal #london #foodie #kerala #southindian #eastham #riceclub
