Great place to go with the family. The food was brilliant and this was complimented by the excellent service provided.

Food - 5 out of 5 If you like fast food and are particular about your burger, Chico's won't disappoint. We got 4 burgers between us with the chilli-loaded fries and Nashville loaded fries and an extra portion of coleslaw and not a single bite went to waste! The coleslaw is extra creamy so if you like a good coleslaw, this was great. Being an East Londoner, you can be particular about your burgers and I and the rest of the family can definitely say we enjoyed every bite! If you like loaded fries, defo try the chilli loaded fries!

Service - 5 out of 5 The service was as good from our waitress Nadia and topped off the meal in such a pleasant way that my wife compared it to the feeling of visiting an Asian (Bengali) auntie who just wants to feed you, look after you and make sure you leave happy. If that was the aim, she excelled. This was something we did not expect from a burger joint and you can tell she went above and beyond with us and the other customers she was serving. She always kept us informed on how long the food would take and ensured she would update us if there were delays which i really appreciated especially having a 2year old with us who was just h-angry! Nadia was absolutely brilliant (as well as the other staff we interacted with) and catered her fun-loving approach to the adults and children accordingly and did not put a foot wrong. She was so kind that at the end of the meal my wife who is the picky one felt as though she had to help ensure the table was left in a reasonable state (as you would at a family members house) before we left. It was our 2 year olds birthday so event went to the effort of giving us a milk cake on the house and coming across with other staff to sing him happy birthday which he was so ecstatic about that he couldn't stop screaming out of excitement!

Location - 4 out of 5 Good public transport options (bus) right outside and depending on the time you go, parking can be found on the opposite side road in the resident parking bays (ample parking available when we went on Sunday at 5:30ish)

All in all, very happy with how our evening went so would definitely recommend...

From even before going to Chicos i had high expectations of Chicos as they had very good reviews and mouthwatering food pictures I've seen across social media. The service was more than amazing. We had the warmest welcome from the moment we stepped in and we felt more than welcome. The service from the waiter Muhammad and the waitress Huma was amazing and kept on checking up on us to see how we were. All the staff were amazing! The food was delicious. Alhamdullilah! One of the best foods I've had in the restaurants in a long time Peri peri chicken and wings: Considering I'm not the biggest fan of peri peri chicken this place has definitely changed my mind about peri peri chicken. They were both flavoursome juicy and succulent. Peri fries and loaded fries: They were both fresh and hot. The loaded fries had a delicious sauce and a hint of saffron which we could taste. The chicken on top of the loaded fries was also fresh, hot and mixed with mozzarella. Portions were humongous especially the loaded fries portion. 3/4 people could share it. The onion rings: Something we also selected as sides which were different to the ones you would normally buy. The burgers: Amazing and delicious we tried both the big daddy ( Halal big mac) and El Chico gourmet burger. They were both juicy and succulent. Best burgers I've had. Sauces: Both chilli and garlic sauce was delicious Tango ice blast: Forget normal slushies these are way better and have so much more flavour. We also ordered a few other soft drinks which were amazing. Also amazing prices. Good quality food for low prices Overall alhamdullilah we all had a great experience and we had the best service. Came here late at night for a last minute order - I got the smash burger and the loaded fries. Despite coming so late, the food still tasted fresh; they obviously had prepared it freshly for us and hadn't used stuff that was lying around. I also have to commend the person who gave us our food; though we initially wanted on water she made sure to remind us that any drink was included so we'd get our money's worth, and after we told her to pick anything as we couldn't choose, she chose the fizzy guava; an excellent choice. It was refreshing and sweet but not overly so, more like a juice than a typical fizzy drink.

The loaded fries were great; the chips alone were very good but the added cheese, sauce and shreds of chicken made it incredible (and despite all of the sauce and cheese, the chips did not go soggy.) Though it seems like a very heavy dish that would leave you sluggish and bloated, I didn't feel that way at all after eating my food, I felt refreshed and energetic. That the food isn't remotely greasy is a big reason for that.

The burger is possibly the best burger I've ever had thus far. The meat was tender and juicy, the potato wrap was super soft but not at all soggy, and the combo of sauce and onions delicately rose through the mix of flavours to cap it all off like snow on a mountain's summit. Like the fries it was light, not at all greasy and it leaves you feeling full but not sluggish.

An absolutely excellent experience all around, I cannot recommend it highly enough. And at £12 for the lot (after a discount for collecting at least) it was very good...
