The receptionist was all smiles and very friendly. The 1 lady responsible for doing the treatments on the 4 customers there (during my visit) was good. However, everything felt rushed, there's no privacy where the 'bathing' is done (it's a mixed spa too) and some of the poor facilities take away from what should be a relaxing, refreshing experience. No changing rooms, just 1 tiny locker cupboard for everyone to change in one at a time, a small steam room (any more than 3 people feels too much) and a tearoom/chill room with none of the refreshments supposedly included with the spa deals. A mere pinky cup size mint tea and a plate of Turkish delights that had been sat there for some time. Polite staff but the lack of cleanliness, no privacy, inadequate facilities, etc., really let this place down. My friend and I would not book again.

I saw the reviews and was hesitant to come here. All the women were friendly however as the reviews say, it is not a clean place. It’s very very small and the “changing room” is ridiculous. I feel like the massages were done by women who are not trained and just doing anything. The worst part is laying on the stone and feeling like a wet fish. It’s not comfortable setting and you would assume if you are paying for a massage session it would have more privacy. Lastly, after the session I was expecting a massage with oil but we were told thank you all done. I also noticed they use gloves when doing the massages and the same dirty exfoliating glove on everyone!! Which is absolutely disgusting had to go home and bath many times after noticing. Won’t be coming back it’s a real shame. Wowcher/Groupon needs to do something.

My first experience of a Turkish/Moroccan spa and I can confidently say that I will be going again. I enjoyed the full body exfoliation and the clay mask. The steam room was really hot... Which I had to keep taking breaks but that is a personal thing and the staff are more than happy to turn it down. The head massage and hair wash was lovely. The staff were really friendly... And we finished with a Moroccan tea. The only thing that I guess could be a little bit better are changing facilities as it is really small but does not take away from the experience. We also managed to get a parking spot directly outside.

Absolute disgraceful guys there better hamman places this one is the worst I have ever Been too. Firstly was 2 months ago me and my friend saved some money aside to treat our selfs and decided to do the silver package which included the jacuzzi, has we arrived we were told it's cash only I had cash but my friend didn't has when we were booking our experience no one told us it was cash in hand or pay before treatment so walking up and down the street looking for cash point is not my idea of relaxing anyway I brushed that aside and was greeted by a male and female therapist they showered us down and told us to go in the jaccuzi the guy turned the lights off me and my friend where talking and my friend noticed this dark stuff just on her back the male therapist came back Which was 5 minutes later and told us to come through for our treatment has we looked the dark stuff was all dead skin and the jaccuzi looked like it's never been washed before we both felt utterly sick sitting in a hot tub full of people dead skin. I am a spa therapist u should clean the jaccuzi for other guest for cross contamination ovisley something they don't do here, that put aside I payed extra for no reason the jaccuzi was no more then 5,10 minutes in there what's the point of paying more of the package for 5 mins of jaccuzi and sitting in dirt, the scrub and massage I couldn't fault the two therapist where lovely the guy did say speak to my manager why there dirt in the jacuzzi has it's not professional so he agreed even. Me and my friend had a late evening booking so when we were finished there was no receptionist or manager present to say how our experience was, i tried calling and emailing about my experience with the hamman but no answer 2 months later still no call or message!! service is not the best either, the receptionist said she pass the message on to her manager but still nothing, she said she could give us 10% off further bookings but I said I won't be coming back and there on groupon too for a lot cheaper has my sister showed me!! been telling all my client not to go waste your money here bad services bad experience! Shame really it does have potential I am also a Dulwich forum representer so I would write a review soon and get in contact with the health visitors has me and my friend had bites on our body's post treatment.. for further recommendation I would say choose...

If I could give this experience 0 I would. Worst experience at a spa I have ever had. The most disappointing part was I'd been here before, a few times and it was great. But this time all they care about is taking your money and getting you out the door as quick as possible as they have booked people back to back.

I originally booked a Groupon for me and my boyfriend, last year I made sure that I spoke to Groupon and had the deadline date renewed. But when I called I was told that they weren't taking this voucher because due to covid they had lost money and were only taking full price payment. So I was forced to refund, as my bf had back problems I still wanted to make sure I could treat him to this. So called up and was quoted £90. I asked if I would still get the same experience, jacuzzi. Steam room and Massage for this price and was told yes. Given that I had a voucher For a full treatment and had to refund it. Even though this was a significant increase of price, I wanted to go as my bf had been looking forward to this for a long time. I called up again to confirm the date and make my £10 deposit and was quoted £110 but was told as they originally agreed to £90 for the jacuzzi and massage they would honour it.

On arriving there was only one women there giving the experience and she was churning people out like it was the Aldi checkout. It was so rushed and we were covered in clay after the steam room and told if we wanted the massage it was an additional £10 and the jacuzzi was closed due to covid. No one told us this before and it they were that concerned about covid they would of wiped the steam room and changing room between clients, which they didn't. I went to speak to the lady at the front of house. As the massage lady was shouting at me - she said even if I paid the extra she didn't have time. I was so shocked and left there feeling more stressed out than I came in. I was almost in tears, worst experience ever. They agreed to massage my bf but I was left to wash my own clay off and told to just wait. The women at the front made it seem like she was doing me a favour despite me explaining what I was told prior to booking.

Honestly save your money, go to a different hamman spa. This place ruined my day. Not...

A very late review from my experience 21.07.24 On arrival my booking was not in the diary. I had to show so may different emails and wowcher deal to the reception women. It turned out the call handler on booking did not speak English well and booked the wrong day & month!

This was a birthday gift for me for 2 people so I had a friend with me.

We waited for the ladies to set the jacuzzi and treatments.

Prior to the steam room I was asked to sit down and a bowl of hot water was poured over me which took my breath away. I've never had the experience of a spa/massage before therfore I was not sure what to expect.

I went into the steam room i was given a plastic cup then this was very overwhelming at first ,but on a good note the lady turned the steam off to allow me to adjust as I felt suffocated ( asthmatic). Another customer said to sit at the far end which I did and I found a sink full of water and a tap dripping. I did not know this was drinking water to stay hydrated neither did my friend and she has been to many!!

The massage was lovely. The hair wash/mask treatment was good although I had to remind d the ladies of the treatments through out . We was meant to have out hair blow dried but no one was there to do it as the salon was closed? My hair was awful and I could not get a brush through it therfore I had to do a messy bun til I got home!

We was in the jacuzzi room and the water was scorching hot!! We had to keep testing and letting the ladies know when the water felt ready.

We was asked to get out to let what I believe to be the owners children in . No shower to rinse off ,then told our treatments were complete.

I had to ask for the tea and Turkish delight!

We was so disappointed and upset with the whole experience especially being my first time.

We traveled 3 hours by public transport!

Avoid at all costs especially...
