Went today 2nd time with my friend. Although overall food was very good I left very disappointed. We ordered the halwa poori which is currently on offer. It arrived cold, sent it back to be heated and the girl wasn't too pleased with our request, we had to ask for tissues and cutlery which was quite obvious on the girls face she wasn't happy with the requests. Anyway, the food arrived hot 2nd time which was fine, we ate and the plates got taken away I was about to order something else when a waiter (was told his name was either Moh or Zeeshan) dumped the receipt on the table and walked off. He then came back after a few mins and asked how we would like to pay, I was shocked to see he was very persistent in us paying and going I was very annoyed by this point and said we are coming to the till to pay. I complained to the girl at the till who apologised I explained I wanted to order more and wasn't done and felt pressured in to leaving. We were only there for about an hour. The girl said there were people waiting for tables but when I turned around there was a table already free. I wasn't happy with the attitude of the staff member Moh or Zeeshan whichever was his name. If he had said customers are waiting for a table if you don't mind and if you are done can we have your table, but no he was rude. I am not sure if I will be coming again after this. I arrived around 12.35pm ish and left around 1.33pm ish so it wasn't like I was...

Read moreWent first time for breakfast with family. The time we went it was already full house, we had to wait for seating. We had a situation where we felt like leaving as the kids were not willing to wait more. The Manager or the Owner (not sure) was very kind and welcoming. When he heard we were leaving he came forward and sorted the tables for us. He was actually waiting for some celebrity guests to come but he did care about his customers and didn't want us to let go. This was a very nice gesture from his side. You always feel like going to such places where the management does care about normal customers even though they are expecting celebrities. Overall i would really appreciate the customer service - whole staff was very nice and welcoming. Food was good as well-the Parathas were really good. kids enjoyed and so did we. I would...
