I have been to The London road barbers before a couple of times, and always had a good haircut, plus good customer service. This time wasn’t much different, except I have been growing out my beard for the past two months. This was for a special event I was attending at the weekend. I asked if they can trim and shape beards. I was told they can and do. Excellent I thought !. I said what haircut I wanted and said, we can talk about the beard after. Perhaps my barber didn’t hear me?! I wear glasses. I am short sighted, and took them off to make doing my hair easier for them. I can’t see that well without them. The hair cut was fine. However before we had a chance to discuss the beard he had gone to work on shaping it!. Too late !!. There is a basic shape already there, much like my hair line on my head. They look so cool although painful, however I won't be going back there any time soon. However if you want to atone for your sins I highly recommend a hotel towel...

Fade was really uneven with a massive arch on the left (was told it was my head shape) Fade grade was 1. No feather on top. Popped in a barbers down the road to tidy it up. My now new barbers. Personally I wouldn’t allow the geezer to butter my bread. If this allows me to put up a pic it’s of the fella sorting it. However the guy couldn’t lose the arch on the left. To high. Thanks for the...
