Interesting place to walk, rich in history although not maintained very well as there is quite a bit of litter gathering in corners which is a shame but the cheeky squirrels scattering around is entertaining. A gem right by Hackney Marshes.

I often visit Hackney Marshes, but never went to this ancient creation. Wow...!!! It is the best example of how humans build such a massive water filtering system with primitive or ancient technology. Mind blowing 🔥🔥 This place gives the feeling that we are watching Indiana Jones movie 😀. Full of gears, valves and livers. Also they aranged bulky huge blocks of rocks in a circular pattern at the end of the way. It is a beautiful place and serve as a habitat for various birds and other living organisms. Don't forget to read the posters and discriptions about this place, when you visit there. It will improve our knowledge and explains how this massive...
