Upon two visits I encountered a rather pedantic and awfully officious security personnel at this library. But it appears his protocols and conventions are at odds with the actual librarians substantively employed by Westminster. He dictates where you sit upstairs in the study area contrives a list of bookings when this is unapproved by the staff. Despite one having laptop, he officiated places with such zeal that there is a sense of draconism certainly making me for one, feel uncomfortable.
