DR DESSERT — Restaurant in London

Ever since this change from Dzrt to Dr Dessert it’s gone downhill. Customer service is non existent but more importantly it’s hazardous and no one seems to care. The recipe has changed and you no longer really get value for money, you just technically get a thin tasteless crepe. On multiple occasions I’ve had Dr Dessert delivered and it has arrive with what looks like sharp bits of black plastic in the middle of the layering. I’ve raised with Uber eats who advise reaching out to the store. I thought it was a one off but has happened more than once. As a desert lover I’ll never order from here again and was being generous to give 2 stars, just wanted to warn others. Not sure if the pan is old and its wear and tear but it’s a terrible experience. I had an amazing experience at this waffle shop! The waffles were absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I especially loved that they serve it with ice cream on the side; it's the perfect combination. The customer service was top-notch; the staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. I have been to this dessert place more than 10 times. Every time I have gone here the desserts are top notch. I have had the waffles, crepes, milkshakes, churros. They are all delicious 😋. Words can’t express the taste. You have to get there and try it for yourself. The staff are really friendly. The service is on point and the food is served quick. There are also tables and seats so you can eat inside. Very clean place. This is definitely my number 1 dessert place. I can’t get enough of this...
