W10 Coffee + Deli — Restaurant in London

Awful experience! Staff member shockingly rude! When my mum and I entered the cafe two guys were sitting on a sofa looking at their phones, they didn’t look up or greet us and I assumed they were customers. There was no staff member behind the counter.

One of the guys on the sofa then asked me to put my umbrella near the door, which is a reasonable request. When I didn’t do it immediately the same guy made a comment about me not doing it, this was rude, unprofessional and unnecessary.

I then went to the counter, he followed me and said, “What can I get you sweetheart?”. I asked him not to call me sweetheart, he then told me to get out of the cafe!! Which I gladly did as I don’t wish to spend my money in an establishment that has staff that are rude, unfriendly, and offensive. He had zero customer...

I had a lovely matcha latte there (standard size that I usually pay for) and the best avocado toast I have had in a cafe. The bread was fresh and not stale and there was a good amount of avocado on there.

The server was friendly and kind, they were getting things done a little slow but there was only one person in there working at the time so it is completely understandable.

The atmosphere was amazing and the interior was beautiful. There was an amazing view of the canal and has a small children’s section. I was there relaxing before going to work but I would love to go back and spend more time there. For me it was a 10/10 and I would...

A coffee with a beautiful view of the Grand Union Canal: birds, boats, kayaks a truly special world. All of this can be enjoyed while sipping an excellent cappuccino with delicious croissants. The atmosphere is very peaceful and the staff are absolutely kind and helpful, especially Dana. It’s perfect for meeting friends, studying, or having a lovely time with family.
