I am sorry to say this about this brand because I went to the shop because it is a shop that I have always used in Spain and I have to say that the experience was quite unpleasant both for the manager and for the employees a dirty and messy shop and on top of that my daughter went to try a product the product spilled on the new NIKE sneakers my daughter started to clean it up when I went there my daughter was scared because the product spoils the sneakers at the time I called the shop assistant and she was quite arrogant and on top of that she blamed my daughter for taking a product that was being tested. Seeing that the shop assistant did not give me a solution I asked her to call the manager and she was quite rude and arrogant telling me that the ass was my daughter's for having taken the product my response was IF YOU PUT A SAMPLE PRODUCT THE MOST LOGICAL THING IS THAT YOU TRY it well I will deny it she became ironic and said that the product is in perfect condition the second I showed her the hands of the shopmate and I saw that the product was defective and she continued her rudeness saying that we can not do anything the fault was her fault. I showed her the hands of the shop mate and saw that the product was defective and she continued with her bad manners saying we can't do anything, it was your daughter's fault, I have put the complaint in the email that the manager gave me. And the answer I explained what happened and in fact I sent them photos of how the shop was and all the shop window in fact after the complaint the manager began to clean up and responds by telling me that they have seen the cameras that my daughter is to blame for having taken the product and that they only give her a voucher of £ 10 for the damages I responded by saying that the shop has to have an insure for accidents in the establishment and they tell me that they can not be held responsible since my daughter was at fault and they are rude. I have been told that my daughter was at fault and they told me that they can not be held responsible as my daughter was at fault ose me now I leave this review do not go to this shop as the attention is horrible the manager is rude the shop assistants are chatting while the customers are looking for them for consultations of the products on top of that they do not comply with the permits that is necessary to have a business is to have an Insure for damages to the customers. And do not touch the products to try them as they are defective the dirty months this tiendes is well known in Spain and of course the attention is a ten and the cleanliness impeccable the super attentive and friendly shop assistants I personally will not return to this shop here in the UK and above the service d e internal customer service worse not RECOMMEND because you can buy the products in other shops and of course the same quality and without the fear that you go to the shop and end up Stained clothes and much more not to put up with the bad manners of the shop assistants and the manager Annie and apparently I was not the only one who spoke about...

Security VERY hostile. Had a drink and didn’t realised tried walking in. Got Rudely told no drinks allowed to which I said what do you want me to do with it? And he told me to throw it in the trash. (Full drink).
Left and came back after I drank my drink.
Then I enter and look at the front summer Fridays display by the front doors and the same door man to which I’m not 100% sure. Was speaking to me or not this time was saying multiple times “excuse me miss excuse me, hey?” To which I ignored. And out the corner of my eye I saw him looking which made me uncomfortable.
By the check out there was a limited edition rare beauty highlighter a mini one and I was looking at it. There was no testers but I wanted to see the Color of the product not swatch it so I gently opened the oackaging to see the product and I was putting it back in as a staff member told me not to open the product and put it back, I can understand that but the attitude was very rude while she said that. I didn’t even swatch it because I wouldn’t open a product to just do that. I just wanted to see what shade it is as I county tell from the box.
Secondly I ended up buying that highlighter anyways because I did want it. I go to the self check out and tell the lady I want to use my student discount and she says I can’t and I have to go to the tills. So I go to the tills and ask to use my 15% off on my highlighter. I got told I can’t because it dossnt apply to rare beauty. But I told the cashier lady that I was sent buy another lady who told me I can use the discount but only at the tills.. I was also told when I asked before leaving that yes discounts can be used via the barcode. the cashier lady wasn’t happy with the other lady who told me to go up.
Also Sephora in the uk don’t do the birthday gifts like Canada and the USA (I’m Canadian living in England for the last 10 years as I basically grew up here I’m 21). Moral is avoid Sephora as a brand in total unless it’s the USA or CANADIAN branches!!!! Better customer service and staff actually enjoy their jobs and aren’t miserable !!!!
Enough said
However there was one very sweet young guy in the middle of the shop with the summer Friday displays who helped me and my friend and had a positive friendly attitude. Staff at Sephora take more notes of this fellas attitude and customer service because I can garuntee it’s way better then all the...
Read morejust now New I bought two things, the Benetint Duo and the Too Faced contour stick, paid for them, got my printed receipt and everything. After paying I sat down at the mirror section to try on the lip tints, then I put them back in the packaging and left. Everything was fine.
First of all, the Sephora worker didn’t even come up to me in the shop. If she actually thought I was stealing, she could’ve just asked me there. Instead, she literally ran after the security guard after I’d already left, like I was running away or something. The guard ended up stopping me way after I’d walked out, not even at the gate, so everyone saw and it was honestly embarrassing. You could’ve handled that way more discreetly, especially when you’re wrong.
When the security guard stopped me, I showed him my receipt straight away and pointed to the two products that were still in their packaging. But even after that, he just stood there doing nothing, not saying it’s fine or anything, just awkwardly standing there. Then he wanted to see under the clothes I bought, so I picked everything up to show him there’s nothing hiding underneath. But even after that, he still didn’t say anything. Then after another long pause, he wanted to check my shopping bag, and after that, my handbag too — all one by one, with these weird long silences in between, like he didn’t know what he was even looking for. It was such a long, dragged out process that could’ve been done in one go if he’d just said from the start, “I need to check everything.” Instead, he kept going step by step, wasting my time and making it even more awkward.
And what makes it worse is that after she got him to stop me, she just left again. Like, she’s the one who made the accusation, she’s the only one who knows which product she thought I was stealing, so why would she leave? The guard was clearly unsure because she wasn’t there to explain anything, which wasted my time even more.
It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. I was the only person they stopped, no apology, no explanation, nothing. If that’s how they treat paying customers, it’s actually ridiculous. Why was I the only one who was stopped? What was so suspicious? I couldn’t even ask her because she literally disappeared after that. Normally you would say something like “Sorry, we were just making sure”. The whole vibe was...
