If you want to watch some live sports with food and drinks Westwood Sports Pub & Kitchen is the place to be...
I recently visited the Westwood Sports Pub & Kitchen to catch-up with friends and watch some live sporting action (British GT championship) Overall it was an good experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting. The staff were so friendly and welcoming ..I think I was the first one at the place and then the within an hour the place was getting a lot of footfall...
Speaking to the staff I also discovered that it's has a bit of America history/theme and it's part of ETM group that as a collection of eclectic venues across London (Awaiting for Invite to Review Them All ;)
As we all had different drinks and food to order the staff was knowledgeable about all the different drinks and food options.
I was delighted to find the Westwood Sports Pub & Kitchen showing live sports British GT championship along with championship football and you all the other live sports .. , it was great to be able to watch the games while enjoying a few drinks and some great food.
The food choices were amazing, with a great selection of snacks and meals . The drinks selection was also great, with a good range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
I especially liked that they were offering a free kids meal with parents order, it made it very affordable for visitors to enjoy a meal with the family.
All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend a visit to watch some live sports with food and drinks at Westwood Sports...

However please don’t prioritise the sound of an ending tennis game while there is a football game starting (a finals game too), which most customers are there for. Sound was switched to football about 25 minutes into the game.
Drinks and food definitely on the overpriced side. But expected due to area as it’s pretty much the only pub in Westfield (apart from the Bull, but no sport shown) Food portions small not worth money. Beer £7 more or less. Cocktails £12-£15.
Did see a mouse run around during one visit but they dealt with it swiftly. But unlikely it came from entrance as mice typically don’t run around outside amongst busy areas. Might be a hole or vent that allows them to get inside. Just assumptions. Not saying the place might be infested, but just a heads up.
Overall nice vibe and comfortable to watch some football. I do typically reserve a table online a day before a match as it does get busy. Only place in the mall to watch sport. Reservation process is easy and done online and free. No issues with getting the reserved table when we’re there. We’re seated at the booth swiftly by the lady at front. Booths can comfortably fit 6 people in total
Friendly staff. Clean place. Nice toilets. Seats outside too if you want to smoke, allowed to bring drinks out. Bit overpriced but could be worse. The comfort makes up for it. But please prioritise a football game when it comes to sound. Not a tennis game that’s ending. Lots of people like to listen to the anthem and the kickoff.
They give plastic cups when they close, so you can take your drink if you...
Read moreNormally I would not leave a bad review for a place as I have worked in hospitality myself. However yesterday afternoon myself and my wife stopped on into Westwood for a bite to eat before going to see a show in the west end.
The food and atmosphere I cannot fault however the staff I had an issue with. When we walked in we had not been greeted or even acknowledged in the near 10 minutes we sat and decided what we wanted to eat. I ordered at the bar and the member of the bar team who took the order did superbly well. However the servers on the floor did not check on us or check that the food had been okay at any point when it had been delivered.
However after we had finished and had been getting ready to leave we were greeted by a member of staff who asked us to leave a 5 star review as the more reviews they personally got they had a chance of getting an Amazon voucher. We where then presented with information on a hastily written napkin of what was wanted from us and were even attempted to be strong armed into writing the review there and then.
As I stated previously having worked in hospitality previously I get the need for a positive review however given this member of staff had not even been the person who brought the food this is something that bothers me, as I said we ordered at the bar, were not greeted and were not even informed where the toilets had been which we had to find ourselves.
We have been to Westwood before and had far better experiences I do hope this is a one off and that hopefully the next time we come the experience...
