I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bubbleology in Westfield London, and I must say, I was blown away by the unique and delicious drinks they had to offer. My server, Sejal 🥂 was extremely friendly and recommended some of her favorite drinks for me to try.

First off, the atmosphere of the store was very inviting, with vibrant colors and playful decor. After looking at the menu, I decided to try the Classic Milk Tea with salted caramel bubbles and the Matcha Latte with lychee bubbles. Both drinks were prepared fresh in front of me, and I was amazed by the attention to detail and care that was put into making them.

The Classic Milk Tea was creamy and had just the right amount of sweetness, while the salted caramel bubbles added a nice touch of flavor and texture. However, my favorite was the Matcha Latte. The matcha flavor was bold and authentic, and the lychee bubbles were a perfect compliment, adding a burst of sweetness to balance out the drink.

I somehow always gravitate to bubbleology whenever I am in Westfield. They offer a wide selection of bubble tea options which always satisfy my bubble tea cravings.

Particularly during weekends and holidays, it can be very busy with long queues. However, service is efficient, ensuring that the wait, while notable, isn't too bad. Interaction with servers is minimal with them just taking our order, but they are always cordial every time that I have visited. There is limited seating available with it being full almost every time that I have been there; it also tends to be cluttered with leftover rubbish. However I rarely plan to have my drink there as I prefer to have it while doing my shopping.

For those unsure of what to get, fruit teas are always a safe bet; I have tried a few of them and have not been let down. It’s worth mentioning that the fruit teas do not have a strong tea flavour, which suits my preference, but may be disappointing for the tea lovers out there. As for the milk teas, the brown sugar is a classic go to. My current favourite is the strawberry and cream milk tea which is really good. Tapioca and popping bubbles are included in the base price so you do have to worry about additional add-ons.

Nonetheless, I feel obliged to mention that there is room for improvement when it comes to the customer service. While some of the staff were pretty quick at making drinks, there was one server who appeared less enthusiastic and might have benefitted from being a bit more welcoming. As first-time customers, we had a few questions about the menu, but unfortunately, we didn't receive the warmest response.

The size of the place was a bit smaller than what we had anticipated from the photos we saw beforehand. However, seats were not important to us since we decided to visit the rest of the mall whilst drinking.

In conclusion, the strawberry bubble tea was enjoyable, but I hope that the staff can work on enhancing their customer service to make all visitors feel more welcome and valued. Additionally, it might be helpful to update the images of the establishment to more accurately represent its size. I believe these improvements would go a long way in providing an even better experience...
