BPP University — Attraction in London

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at BPP University. As an international student, I came here with high hopes and dreams, investing a large sum of money — £20,000 — expecting a quality education and support. Instead, what I found was a complete scam.

The lecturers do the bare minimum — most of the time, they just show up with a PowerPoint presentation and read off slides. There is no real teaching, no interaction, and absolutely no academic value in what they deliver. It feels like they’re only here to collect their paycheck, not to educate students.

The management is even worse. They are completely unhelpful, disorganized, and only interested in squeezing more money out of students. Rather than helping students succeed or offering academic support, they are quick to slap fines and penalties for the smallest issues — clearly just another way to make money.

They refuse to downgrade courses or offer alternatives to students who are struggling or financially burdened, showing no flexibility or empathy. It’s all about money for them, nothing else.

One of the worst university and they will not respond on anything their only take admissions and their will reject it. My own personal experience which I had faced with the BPP University was my every documents were clear but they didn't provide me CAS letter. Even after paying the tuition fees to the university. When people said this university was disorganised, I didn’t realise it was to this extent. Student queries are dismissed, and it feels like they simply don’t care. As soon as the course began, they stopped answering calls or providing any real support. They have wasted an entire month of my time, and neither student services nor staff seem capable of resolving even basic issues.
