South Park — Attraction in London

Very grateful to have a beautiful park in Sands End and I have visited a lot and walked through as I have lived here all my life. The only grumble is they cut down a few years ago a group of very beautiful, mature lilac plants which smelled incredible whilst in flower. When asked why they cut it down I was advised that people complained about them and causing hay fever! Other than this, it is very well kept bar the toilets as per previous comments. South Park is beautiful! Lovely community. There's even a geocache in the park, so if you love treasure hunting, you'll really love this park. There are always so many cute dogs visiting the park! I live on a street which leads straight to the park, so I'm always so near to it. You wouldn't have expected it, but... sometimes, I take my cat for a walk (don't worry! I don't attach leads or chains to a collar on my cat) because my cat loves following me to the lovely green space and flowers! So glad to be living...

I live so close, and love to play football here. I’m so sad when they take it down in the summer for cricket. But Ik some people are going to have a good time doing that. Used to ALWAYS come to the playground when I was younger. God seeing a video of it gave me nostalgia. Injured myself once kinda badly but that was me being stupid.
