Chanteroy Fulham — Restaurant in London

I phoned up and ordered one of their raspberry tarts for a 40th wedding anniversary party. When I went to collect the tart on the day, they didn’t have it - had either sold it to someone else, lost my booking or never made it. This was extremely disappointing as it meant I was left with no dessert for the party at the last minute and the staff couldn’t have been less helpful or apologetic for a major mistake they had made. Caused me a lot of stress on an evening which was meant to be a happy experience, and the staff didn’t seem to think it was their fault or problem at all. Will never go back as a result of this experience, and I would suggest others avoid ordering anything for a party as they are so unreliable. Completely...

I was very excited to see that there is an actual Chanteroy Deli as I have ordered via the online warehouse before and service is great and delivery guys super nice, however this is totally different experience. The lady in the shop has zero customer service skills, was miserable, grumpy and unpleasant. I asked a question and she was abrupt and rude, more concerned and irritated that my husband and dog were waiting for me at the door in case they came in. No Christmas spirit here. I will never come back and do not recommend anyone go. Order online - much better. Not much stock in the shop and definitely not worth going for the zero...

A little bit of France in Fulham. You can find there a range of iconic French products (duck confit, petit écolier biscuits. Pastries are great, and pains au chocolat are french grade quality (unlike many places in London). The sandwiches look amazing, with proper French ingredients.
