I am an expert Horticulturalist, Arboriculturalist and viticulturalist with qualifications in Environmental Conservation. Islington council's gardeners are without doubt the worst I've seen in decades. They don't even have basic qualifications like the RHS level 1 that only takes 6 months to complete, you can see the evidence for yourself, all the new trees in Islington have been planted in the plastic bags they were delivered in which is an egregious level of incompetence in itself but not only that they've double staked them when they are too small to need a dounle stake then they've put them all in cages that are used to prevent saplings being damaged by deer, I've never seen a herd of deer in Islington before... Their incompetence is not only destroying the trees, plants and green spaces in Islington it's affecting the wildlife, their incompetence is also wasting the council taxes we are forced to pay. I stopped to observe trees and green fauna before entering the Church building itself for a Morning Worship Anglican Church Service.
