Do NOT go to the bubble tea shop Tiger Hill unless you enjoy being treated rudely!!!!

I ordered a brown sugar matcha milk with pearls. Instead of verbally confirming the order like other shops, the staff asked us to check a tiny screen. Assuming nobody would pay attention to the small, tiny words, we confirmed it as most people would. However, it turned out to be a matcha milk tea with pearls, a drink I despise and couldn't even take a sip of. I explained the situation to the staff, informing them of their mistake and my inability to consume milk tea. Unfortunately, they insisted that we had confirmed the order and refused to make another drink for me. My friend simply scanned the words as most people do. Who would bother reading every tiny word on a screen, especially when they're in short forms? Despite my explanation about the small and abbreviated words, they continued to blame us and claimed it was our responsibility for the wrong order.

Eventually, I made it clear that I no longer wanted the drink. It's beyond me why that particular drink must be so costly and unaffordable for them.

I'm not making excuses for myself, but I would have appreciated a polite and sincere apology from them, acknowledging their inability to offer me a free replacement drink due to the confirmation. Alternatively, a 50% discount on another drink would have been satisfactory.

I definitely won't...

I order meal deal that’s come with milk tea + waffle and ice cream (£1 for ice cream) & additional milk tea

The Asian lady who served me nodded And I thought she understand everything I order at the end the waffle no ice cream and ask me to add £3 I explain why because it’s not included but I insisted that I order with ice cream. But they just ignored me so I decide to refund the money she went to uncle chilli shop opposite of the bubble tea call the manager and I don’t know what she said but the manger already told it’s my fault and I said how do you know that it’s my fault your not here. And instead to apologise to me he said Idont care about your business,he took the ATM machine pretend to print some receipts and told me he already refunded but I ask him I didn’t even touch my card how you. An refund and he said no need to touch and I check the receipt that his holding I saw the last 4 digit it’s not my card and I told that not my cards and he look at his staff and smile with her. What a scammer!!!! I insist again to do it!! And he refunded the £3.75 but not sure if legit need to wait 3-4 days maybe.

The last is the taro milk tea is horrible taste!!! The worst milk tea I ever had!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The man which served us was very rude, my elderly mum tried to order in Cantonese and rather than the staff member telling my mum he doesn't understand, he just sat there and rudely looked at her with a blank face. We ended up buying 5 drinks costing over £26. The lady which made my drinks had bad attitude and slammed my 5 drinks on the counter, she insisted to take my receipt (I wonder why) 1 drink we had to take back as she failed to give me my second topping which I paid for. Again, looked at me with attitude and no apology for her mistake. I told her she needs an attitude change. Reading the other reviews, unlikely she is going to develop better attitude 😄. The drinks itself taste disgusting and watered down. Personally take my advice, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, WASTE OF YOUR HARD...

My husband and I shared the chilled brown sugar with chocolate milk and cream mousse drink. It was not very sweet, but still palatable—better than being sickly sweet. The temperature of the drink was not as cold as we would have liked, however. The tapioca pearls seemed to be hot going in, which warmed the drink up a bit. I don’t know how much bubble tea at other places cost, but £4.70 is more than I’d like to pay for a drink that’s just okay.

Please don’t mistake this place for Tiger Sugar. It’s Tiger Hill. And it’s definitely not worth a visit, you’re far better off going to the chatime stall 10m away. Their brown sugar boba drinks are literally just milk - NO TEA! £4.50 for some sugar, milk and pearls is a rip off! Also, the service was insanely slow, the workers all moved at sloth pace.
