Read moreMy wife and I used to like walking through this park and enjoyed the brass bands on a Sunday in the summer. A couple of years back, the pool was dredged, and a new play area was put in for children. I won't even walk through the park now. On a couple of occasions, I ve seen birds stuck in the metal netting they put in the pool. The little kids area is not on grass more that foam stuff or bark. Nice to see ice cream stalls and of course access to the theatre bistro and coffee shop is handy too. Parking is right...
