I love this park, I take my kids here all the time, it's peaceful and pleasant. People are friendly and great for getting the kids walking around the trails through the woods and around the track back to the playground, which has been recently refurbished, which is great. Parking is limited but I have never had too much trouble. Brilliant park!

Lovely park, it was quite busy as it was a Saturday afternoon but everyone was very friendly and refreshingly all dogs were under their owners control. Just wish I’d discovered this park sooner I will certainly return to explore a bit more.

We love Lavender Hall! The recent upgrades to the paths and woodland walkways have made it even more accessible. The bins can get very full, so be prepared to take your rubbish home :)

A park that's not a park. Safe play area for children. A skate board/scooter area. A huge green belt to walk with dogs including meadow areas, a wooded area called Katherine's Wood with rough walks through. A pond full of wild life especially early spring when its full of frogs and spawn and tadpoles. Pond is behind a specially planted willow fence. Plaques placed around explaining the different wild life to look out for. A small look out area to watch birds feeding. Hard surface paths for easy walking, kiddies to ride bikes and roller skating on. Football pitches that are used for matches for little ones every w/e during the winter. Residents of Balsall Common are exceptionally proud of this park that...

My doggy loves this park! Lots of freindly people with plenty of dog walkers! & open spaces. Also its very clean( peeps clean up after there 🐕) there is a playarea/skatepark/footie pitch. Its nice in the summer. You can also walk all through to the shops aswell. There are benches/bins. Maybe a few more would be good. Sometimes the car park can be full as it can get busy on match days due to the football club/ground opposite the car park entrance. One downfall is they do not have toilet facilities....

Went with my daughter's young family so her 7 year old could practice on her roller skates. Perfect place as all the pathways through the open parkland are clear and flat. Small play area and separate skateboard park, otherwise very open with the odd copse breaking up the space. No public loos but there is a coffee takeaway down a side street towards the centre of the park which was very welcome. Small free car park so quite a few were parking along...
