Vast birdwatching area. Plenty of opportunity to spot variety of waterfowl. I saw egrets, raptors and herons amongst others. The terrain is very active with a variety of our feathered brethren. You can walk right along the Parade at Parkgate. If you go past the Boathouse pub, there are two small free car parks, only a short walk away from Parkgate's front.
