Thank you, Sleaford Museum, for yesterday’s fantastic history walk around Sleaford, led by Mark Bamford. We started at St Denys' Church and stopped at key spots to learn about the River Slea, the old windmills that once brought prosperity to the town, and more.
A real highlight was visiting the site of Sleaford Castle and learning about its complex history - a culturally important site that’s recently been refurbished with a brand-new walkway. We’re looking forward to seeing even more developments there!
