Gravitee Golf — Attraction in Oxford

A wasted opportunity to say the least staff were great so no fault there and drinks fairly reasonable the price for the actual golf though was a complete rip off it seemed as far more effort went into the place looking like it might be enjoyable than the courses actually were that being said with the space available was still sub par the first few courses consisted of essentially bouncing your ball off a case and as we ventured on the obstacles were way more of a tedious drag than an enjoyable challenge aswell as this some holes were uneven as we progressed past the uv room which the only obstacles were model village esk bridges and cheap plumbing style tubes the second course was nothing more than bouncing a ball across or inside cheap spraypainted rocks we gave it our best shot but didnt even attempt to so much as skip a course and left as the whole thing felt so much of a drag was a good concept but it seemed that way more was attempted in an aesthetic than actually making the courses enjoyable and at 13 pound pp in an industrial estate in littlemore the value for money was not worth it (that being said the crazy golf in the centre with massive acclaim is only ten pound...

Appalling customer service. We initially booked for two courses but we ran out of time for the second course, we spoke to the boy at the front desk for a resolution, we simply requested a refund or a voucher to use on a future visit, however this apparently wasn't possible and there was nothing he could do. It was evident the guy at the desk was poorly trained and shown zero interest in our request, told us we'd have to speak to his manager, very reluctantly he gave us an email address to contact them as he couldn't be bothered to. We wrote to the manager and they responded with a poor solution, they told us if we paid again we receive a free game, we have already paid yet we're being asked to pay again, all we wanted was what we had paid for. We will not be going back and we will be recommending everyone...

Had a great day out. We did both courses and takes about an hour for each course. Its very dark and only the white ball is visible in the UV light. It would be better if all the coloured balls glowed and the starting point to tee off was marked on the green. All in all we had a fab time. The pool tables, snacks and drinks available in the bar area make it feel like a fun place to hang out with your friends. The greens are all on one level and have wheelchair friendly gaps to get around in but some of them are narrow and on uneven levels so would be tricky for wheelchair users. The venue has a lift to all levels and the snack /bar area is suitable for wheelchair users...
