Has the potential to be a lovely peaceful oasis in the heart of an otherwise busy area between major roads and housing, however... unfortunately too many selfish dog owners mean that the paths are festooned with dog mess. Recently took my 6 year old grandson for a walk on a lovely sunny day, but couldn't let him run around and have fun, but had to hold his hand the whole time. Some owners do bag the mess, but then leave it on the path for ramblers to tread in when there is a council provided bin at the Hammond Way entrance.
