Today I had got served by a lady named Kate I had just finished shopping and came to grab something to eat my baby was struggling with teething very badly nothing was working while we were there and I said we would wait for the baby's sausage roll as he was hungry too. Kate gave us free doughnuts while we were waiting. I offered to pay and she insisted I didn't pay. Poor service. Would never us this Greggs again. Asked for a corned beef pasty to be given a chicken bake, went back and asked for the correct pasty to be given another chicken pasty.
