Nice little well maintained nature reserve if you're after a walk that will take under 1 hour to complete. Has a great variation of landscapes including grasslands, marshes, woodlands and wild flower meadows. There's some parking if you're not local, and you can visit Wilford Claypit Nature Reserve which is just around the corner while you're here. Then you could always grab a nice cold drink and a bite to eat at The Apple Tree which is a very nice pub next door...
