I was kindly invited to watch Sale Sharks and enjoy some hospitality by some suppliers of my business. I decided to drive as it’s an awkward ground to get to via, well, any method. From the website you’re advised not to walk, you are advised either to park miles away and get a shuttle bus, or pre-book a car parking ticket. On the day of the match it also said you can turn up and pay £8.00 at the venue. I tried for an hour to book a ticket before leaving, site just wouldn’t work and kept timing out. So, I decided to drive without ticket, I assumed the website was saying they didn’t recommend it was because it would be busy, but as I was getting there for 5:30 (7:45 ko) it would be fine. First carpark steward said it would be fine but the gates for the car park were locked. Got them unlocked and directed me to the next steward, who told me no chance to park without ticket, it’s all been changed on the website that sale sharks are a cashless parking club and I wouldn’t be allowed to park. She then didn’t know how to direct me to out. I said that the website was still showing that you could turn up and pay and she advised me to make a complaint. Great! The traffic was rush hour and there was a police incident. Really badly organised. So I made my apologies to my host and went home. Even crummy councils have mastered remote / on line / telephone / machine payments as you park. How can we make an awkward stadium even more awkward, I know, we’ll sell most of the land we’d allocated for parking and then the rest, we’ll make it like krypton factor to pay for it. Won’t be...

I had high hopes for the corporate afternoon however I was left disappointed. Prior to the event we were asked to provide any dietary requirements ,which we did (myself being Vegan). We were acknowledged and reassured there would be no issues. Upon arrival we were shown to our table which contained a spread of smoked fish, ham, salmon, prawns, a Caesar salad and a bowl of tomatoes sprinkled with cheese 🤦‍♀️ I knew at that moment I was not going to enjoy my £150, 4 hour afternoon. So much happened over the 4 hour period I really wouldn’t want to bore you with all the details. All bar one staff were very friendly and helpful though. I did get some food, certainly not worth the amount I had to pay though. I will sum up by saying if you do have dietary requirements don’t...

Went to this stadium as an away fan for the Betfred Super League playoff between Salford Red Devils and Leigh Leopards, in what was Salford's highest attendance since moving into this stadium. Very modern and appealing from the outside. Design of the stadium provides for great acoustics, the two standing terraces contain the most vocal fans and there is also a large seating stand compared to the other stands (where I was sat). Concourses are nice and modern and fair prices at concession kiosks. They even did pyros when the away team scored, which is something you don't get every day and allows away fans to celebrate more. Only letdown was security, far too few stewards in my stand for the size of the crowd, especially during...

Absolutely awful experience here. Queues for the bar are so slow that if you leave the match 5 minutes before half time you might make some of the second half if you are lucky. Don't expect to watch any replays back on the big screen; all game long the screen will crash whenever anything happens and you will miss it. At least the stadium is consistent in that the audio is also truly awful. Perhaps if the club had gone to Poundland, they could have found slightly less cheap speakers. I couldn't make out a single announcement during the game. How the club get away with some poor tech (and bar set up) in a fairly new stadium is beyond me. Please sort it out!

This stadium is steadily getting better as a venue. We’ve been coming here as Sale fans for some time now but have only started bringing the children since the dedicated bus service from the Trafford Centre has been introduced. That has revolutionised getting to the ground and makes travel MUCH easier. Plenty on before, during and after games - hang around the front an hour before the game and get a selfie with the players - we snagged Chris Ashton!! The food prices are astronomical but this is a common issue with sports grounds these days. Take your own grub - they don’t mind - and wrap up warm. It can get chilly with the open stands!

A decent little stadium. I attended my first ever rugby game watching the Sale Sharks vs Newcastle something or other and I fairly enjoyed myself. I didn't park on the ground because I believe that is quite expensive. So I parked at a chill factore and walked over along with what would seem to be the majority of the fans.... As it's free! The stadium pretty much has all the facilities you would expect toilets and bars that serves relatively expensive beer, food and snacks. Overall a pleasant experience and a nice day out for the family
