I visited Inveraray for about 2 hours only, in late October. The weather was terrible, it was raining, sometime even heavy. The view over the lake and pier was awesome in my opinion.

We arrived at the Invernay Pier with the coach to make a stop and it had public toilets and easy access to the beach. I thought it was a nice place and it was relaxing

Can only give two stars are the pier is closed and not a lot seems to be happening with the planned restoration. 5 stars for the views along Loch Fyne. Toilets were free when we visited but not sure that is usual as there were pay barriers which were either out of order or just not being used any longer and had a sign stuck on.

Kinda smells like a sea weed smoking mermaid hooker but makes up for it in scenery
