What a lovely place, so much colour. Visited the Quarry for a walk along the river and came across the place. Read moreStunning ! We visited on a beautiful sunny day 6.8. My wife and I had a stroll around, we had our 2 dogs on leads ( no restrictions). The gardens drop down a little so you feel as if you’re in an oasis. It is kept immaculate, praise needs to go to the gardeners. There’s a bust of the famous Percy Thrower who used to be head gardener. There’s a plenty of benches to sit down. It’s not a huge place that you’d get tired walking around, it’s just the the size. A lovely lake, an ornamental pond area at one end. Oh how I envy the locals having this place to relax in. It’s by far the very best garden we’ve ever seen and we’ve seen quite a few. Well done The Dingle and everyone who works so hard to get it to this...
