Had my daughter's birthday party yesterday, Kayleigh and team were just amazing.
We had booked the Jungle party themed room for our party of 15 kids.
Kayleigh ensured she understands all our requirements (they were many) plus arrange things on time as we needed.
First, my party was at 10 30am and we wanted food to be served to the guests ordered from their Tuck in cafe.
We got my guests' choice of food in advance and devised a plan with Kayleigh on Friday to ensure they are served correctly to about 30 Guests on their table on time and Hot.
She devised a seating plan with a plan sheet for starters and mains, which I confirmed.
She ensured the food is served on time and served right on Saturday.
Also, surprised my daughter with the unicorn mascot
We just left the party host on the day to execute the plan and the party host did just that.
Kids' food arrived on time with just one reminder. It was was a Saturday and very very busy, so its fine.
The guests were very happy with the way things were organised and almost all of them wanted to come back at some point of time and one of them are going to book here for their kids' birthday party. I can only say its because how Kayleigh and team managed it.
Two of them in Mascot did an amazing job considering how busy it was on Saturday and there were 3 or 4 parties at 12:30, when our party was ending.
Though our party was coming to an end, they were trying their best to give the same amazing experience for other parties starting after us.
My one suggestion if you are booking your party on a weekend. Speak to them one or two days before the party and plan things, also have your guest informed about the days plan, so they know what to expect.
To give an idea, when I was in Friday at 5pm, there were around 15 in total and when I arrived on Saturday at 10, there were around 40 already, with my party guests yet to arrive.
My Party guests were 43 in total by 11am, so there were 80 ppl in there at 11am and it kept...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email regarding the absolute awful customer experience I have ever witnessed and experienced with my 3 year old daughter. I will tell you why.
Firstly, I have to say my daughter absolutely loves jump in and I take her every two weeks to the Slough branch. But have have always experienced a problem here. I have always been the subject of being challenged with wristbands when I always have it on, However other customers don’t n I witnessed no one challenging. Your staff make the rules up as they go along. Also witnessed staff member letting customers in without pre booking. How is that even safe without waiver forms and just coming out of a Pandemic. The staff at Slough branch are a disgrace to customer service they all have a bad attitude problem.
Secondly, Today I was told my daughter is not allowed to jump in the main area when she has all the time we have previously booked online. I was told you have different wristbands why not make it easier and have a wristband for all without any confusion. Once again I was challenged but yet again other customers were not challenged.
Thirdly, it was 4.45pm my daughter wanted a drink but a staff member refused to serve me when my daughter was very thirsty. The rude staff member refused to serve me and said “were closed” when clearly other staff members were serving drinks still to other customers. My daughter was very upset and cried. This is beyond a joke that you could not serve a child who was thirsty.
I would like this email sent to the area manager or even the CEO of the company. Because I will take this complaint further if I have too. This email should be a wake up call to the Slough branch because it requires a lot of improvement.
I find it absolutely disgusting how the Slough branch have treated me and my daughter. I will never be attending again. I will be putting a bad review on google too so other customers understand the true colours behind the scenes of what...
Read moreOverpriced and dissapointing - facilities are not worth your money!! Do NOT book here!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this venue on 21/12 with my children expecting a premium experience given the extortionate entry fee, but it was a complete letdown. The advertised facilities – the wipeout, air jump, and slope – sounded amazing and were the reason I booked. However, we were unable to use any of these as I was told by a staff member they were understaffed and therefore unavailable.
What did we get for the price we paid? Just trampolines. That’s it. Something I could have taken my children to any basic trampoline park to do for a fraction of the cost. The entire appeal of this venue – the extras that set it apart – were inaccessible, and we weren’t even warned about this before booking. For what they charge, it’s an absolute rip-off.
To make things worse, I saw other guests using some of the facilities after requesting them to be opened. Yet when I asked, I was told it wasn’t possible due to “understaffing.” How is that fair? I paid the same price as everyone else, yet my family was denied access while others were accommodated.
The cafe wasn’t any better. My husband waited to order a coffee and slushie but was completely ignored by the staff. When he was finally acknowledged, the staff member apologised, saying he didn’t realise there were customers waiting. The service was slow and disorganised, adding to the overall frustration.
Apologies and excuses don’t cut it. This venue charges premium prices but delivers far less than advertised. It’s an overpriced, poorly managed facility that doesn’t deliver on its promises.
Save your money and avoid this place. It’s a waste of time and money, and the so-called “premium” facilities are a joke. You’d be better off going to a regular trampoline park or soft play – at least you’d get what...
