Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Slough

Absolutely terrible! Every time I purchase a latte it tastes like sewage water without fail and ends up down the sink or in the bin! This isn’t costa brand standard, and I will never come here again! I do not have a customised drink, I have a plain simple latte! The milk isn’t changed in the jugs and is constantly reheated as I’ve witnessed for myself on several occasions, which will cause a huge amount of bacteria to grow in those jugs. they use any old milk or mixtures of milks unless you ask for the normal standard milk that is supposed to be used and even then you have to stand there and watch them so you know there doing it, as I’ve been caught out before with this and gave me a stale, reheated skinny milk latte, the baristas and the Managers on the coffee machine CAN NOT make coffee to the Costa brand standard. I’m so sick and tired of having to ask for a remake and even when I get one it only gets worse! Take my personal experiences from this place and do not come and waste your hard earned money on this garbage!! You will be disappointed... one more thing I’ve notice on their website is the only 5star ratings they have are by the staff themselves who actually work there, says...

Not enough staff working at all. I know that's not the fault of the staff but the queue to get in alone was pretty bad, then the queue just to collect your order was awful. Hot food being left on the wet counter when drinks aren't ready and not calling orders out so no one knows. I ordered a coffee and a toastie and my toastie was left on the counter getting wet and soggy from spilt drinks and was only the little packets not on a plate for 5 minutes before being called and the drink was a 5 minute wait after that also. Delivery drivers cancelling orders for waiting 40 minutes in store just for pickups, needs to be abit more organised having 2 staff working a peak hour on the weekend...

I’m a regular customer I got to say this is the best Costa! Friendly staff very professional with manners. Staff are very alert keep the place clean and tidy! Weather I’m buying a drink or a food item it’s presented very nicely surprises me how much attention to detail the do. I just love relaxing here. Clam atmosphere makes my day with my toddler comfortable seating too and they clean highly maintained.
