Greggs — Restaurant in Slough

I’ve just moved to the Cippenham area and thought it would be nice to grab a Coffee n relax into the area. I came into this Greggs and had such a great experience with the staff there. Firstly the store was clean, service was great and atmosphere was friendly. I shared that I had just moved to the area with the Manager (Kelly) and she was so warming and welcoming. She made me feel right at home with her humour, warm nature and beaming smile. She even convinced me to get a vegan sausage roll With my coffee. It’s was delicious. Visited Greggs this morning. Arrived at 10.55am. Joined the que of only 2 people. Waited 15 minutes to be served. Ordered an omelette roll and was told I was to late as it was now 11.10am. Pointed out that I had Arrived before the 11am cut off breakfast time. He smiled at me and said nothing. WOW! Appart from a few good individuals the customer service at Greggs is shocking. Wouldn't it make sense to serve the last of the breakfast food rather than throw it in the bin. Done...

🇬🇧 Famous British bakery chain that offers a wide selection of products from breakfast to dinner mainly for takeaway. The place has been completely renovated a few weeks ago and compared to before the counter has moved back a few meters providing more space for customers and increasing the number of tables available. The products are the Classics that are found in all Greegs stores and are ideal for a quick meal such as a lunch break. The taste will certainly not be like that of a starred restaurant but you are satisfied given the low prices. The staff is quick, kind and helpful. I therefore recommend this place for a quick meal.

Il locale è stato completamente rinnovato da qualche settimana e rispetto a prima ora il bancone è arretrato di qualche metro fornendo più spazio ai clienti ed aumentando il numero di tavoli a disposizione. I prodotti sono i Classici che si trovano in tutti i negozi Greegs e sono l'ideale per un pasto veloce come ad esempio una pausa pranzo.
