I don’t normally give one star to food place as I feel it can be unfair because everything can’t be of bad taste however I feel this is justified as I ordered few different things and none of them actually were either authentic or tasty. It’s ironic that spending money on decor and atmosphere people think somehow food will taste better. Am afraid investing in good chef with authentic recipes and taste makes the food talk for itself. Using words like legend breakie and lahori nashta house tea harayali tikka I mean who are we kidding My suggestion would be please work on taste and quality of food not presentation or decor. Absolute waste of my money time and travel. Service by faizaan and other bloke ( apologies forgot his name ) was only saving they were both very friendly and served us well. And other guy was even brave enough to ask how the food was ? Bless him. Roghni Nan was burnt and it was made out of paratha dough instead of Roghni Nan (milky creamy soft kneaded dough makes Roghni Nan not plenty of butter or ghee). Pizza fritta was deep fried piece of pizza base ( I assume frozen however not proofed overnight or added yeast to make it fluffy)with tasteless filling. Sheesh kebab rolls were not seasoned and in fact one piece was so hard my son refused to eat it so I had to finish it. Halwa puri. I won’t even bother. Chickpeas were the most pathetic tasting I had ever had my 12 year old can make it better. Halwa was heavy soggy and full of oil. ( some may say it is meant to be, however not with puri which is already full of oil and soggy). Parathas were ok at best. Work omelette was ordinary with some cheese and hard chicken pieces. (Confused). Tea was abysmal and their green tea pots are so filthy and worn out (initially I thought they wanted it to give proper Pakistani look like old worn out) please kindly lift the lids and see from inside of lids I dare you. Couldn’t believe it. Platter was the worst part. Wings burnt and sweet Hiriyali tikka burnt and tasted like old rotten coriander ( it was definitely green because of abundant green food colour used) Chicken tikka was so bad that we only ate one piece couldn’t get the courage for another I don’t rant or complain however this is just a posh looking shop which sells rubbish food. Remember it’s a food shop not barbers where decor may matter. Apologies I had to be this honestly harsh however just couldn’t resist after wasting my time...

I recently visited this charming spot, and while there were some pleasant aspects, a few details left me underwhelmed.
The ambiance is undoubtedly one of the highlights. The space exudes a warm, cozy vibe, with mellow music playing in the background, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. Despite being fairly busy, the place maintains a comfortable and inviting energy, perfect for settling in and enjoying a moment of respite.
However, a few things fell short during my visit. The use of gloves, for example, seemed a bit careless, which raised concerns about hygiene and attention to detail. It's a small issue, but it left a slight negative impression.
As for the food, there were mixed results. The "Legendary Breakfast" certainly didn’t live up to its name. It lacked seasoning, particularly salt, and the potatoes used were not the right kind in my opinion, which affected the overall flavor. On a more positive note, the pasta fusilli with chicken was flavorful, with a nice little kick to it. The vegetables in the dish were perfectly al dente, though I felt they could have been cooked just a little bit more to enhance their tenderness.
The tea was also a bit of a letdown. I was hoping for something a bit more unique, but what I received was a standard Yorkshire tea bag. The menu stated Smoky woody tea , but unfortunately, it didn’t match that.
Overall, the food was decent but far from exceptional—I'd rate it a 6 out of 10. While the atmosphere and vibe were enjoyable, the service and the meal didn’t quite live up to the same level of excellence. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to unwind with a simple cup of tea or a casual meal, it’s a solid choice, but don’t expect much more than the basics in terms of...
Read moreWell! we experienced the breakfast. To start with, there was No taste, only 1 puri or paratha option( the paratha is half size roti with oil not authentic parartha) u have to pay extra for another puri. Means the portion is way less than the pricing. They have kept the bread portions less so that people pay extra for more. I have had nashta at so many restraunts.. they serve 2 puris in a portion. Kids ordered 3 drinks.... which was £7 approx each. All it was normal juice with sparkling water n ice in a fancy jar! They are charging as if the shop is on Oxford street! The taste is NOT WORTH the Price! Also I was just discussing the pricing with my family n how in every meal we had to pay extra to make it a proper meal.. one of the lady who was serving just jumped in..( i wont take names) claming that the food is good etc... I said i was not talking about food m just discussing the pricing(as food was not served at that time) She came with roghni nan ,while putting the plate on the table she said " abb is mayn keeray mat nikaleygaa" ! To be honest it was oily and kachha from inside. Didnot say anything to her. If u cannot take postive criticism u should not be at the front desk serving people. All u should do is take notes and let ur manager know. If the food was that good... there would have been lots of customers for breakfast on Saturday morning. But there were hardly any people. Anyways.. Highly disappointed! paid £92 for tastless nashta! Not going again , neither reccomending it to anyone. Sorry! The boy Robert who took the order was very good, very sensible, calm and composed. And the lady...
