My children had a wonderful time here this evening playing on the arcade games and having fun, so lucky to have this venue close by. We visit regularly for the soft play, arcades and the bowling. Such a great place to meet up with friends and spend time with the family. The manager and staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for a wonderful evening. Highly recommend and will be returning. Many Thanks

Fantastic bowling alley with arcade games and soft play centre. Only lost a star because I think there should be more arcade games for the little ones also and because parking is horrendous. Great place for families & groups. Bring plenty of change.

Second time visiting and me, my son and sister had a lovely time. The bowling is fun, arcades are great (though prizes are very limited) the play area inside is also super fun. Brilliant day out.

Do not go to this place the staff are disgusting I paid over £350 to them for a children’s party, when I arrived they did not acknowledge I was stood at the desk for over 10 minutes. Children and parents started arriving and they had no idea where they were going.

To then be given a piece of paper to write all the children’s names down and ask what food they wanted when this could of been communicated before the party so we started bowling 30 minutes after the party had started.

The food served 1.30 mins in the party and I had to run round and serve all the children drinks and sort out the food for the children which was cold and I cooked and uneatable. The party room was disgusting and smelt like mould.

I have then asked for a knife to cut the cake and no one would give me a butter knife to cut the cake starting they could not provide me with a knife the have them taken the cake and cut it up which was returned to me looking like it had been hit with a sledge hammer

I have asked to speak to the manager who has come down rolling his eyes and hands in his pocket with a don’t give a care in the world attitude who appeared to be no older than the age of 20 so I’m unsure how he is the manager of such an establishment. He told me he wasn’t giving me a refund and he would have a word with the staff. I never asked for a refund and a basic sorry would have been nice for ruining my two little girls birthdays. I did not once ask for a refund. This ‘manager’ was called Josh. He does not deserve the title manager.

He then shrugged his shoulder and walked off away from me and then when i asked to speak to him again due to being highly unsatisfied his attitude was disgusting once again.

The security guard who again followed me and my family out of the building and might I add I was with my two little girls my parents and my sister and causing no trouble then shouted at me to F off and squared up at my dad who has challenged this male. His name was what I believed to be Ellis who should not be working in a place with children using language like that around them. Ellis should not be allowed a job and around children and should be reprimanded by the company for displaying such behaviour whilst on duty for displaying such poor behaviour whilst on company time

This professionalism of the staff is horrendous and they need to employ staff who are actually experienced in customer service.

I had 24 parents with 24 children at the birthday party who all said it was disgusting and would not be returning and would advise their friends to avoid this place.

I advise you to...

The lack of investment in this place is shocking. When we arrived we were told that there were no screens to input the players names and had to write them down for the staff to input at reception, they then asked who would like the barriers up which meant we had to go back through each person and they had to manually input each one. When we got to our lane we realised that the tablets you usually use to input those details had all been removed but the stands were still there, odd. The lane we were allocated was dirty with drinks left from previous customers and popcorn all over the floor. The 2 games that we booked were taking longer than we anticipated and after the first game decided that we had no option but to tentatively order some freezer tapas for the kids. We waited around 5 minutes to request a menu that had prices on, this was kept in a drawer behind reception, the prices aren't on the standard menus. We ordered a kids platter for 4 and I wish we had taken photos of it when it finally arrived after 45mins, there was just about enough food for 2, they'd forgotten to make the garlic bread which we had to remind them about and when they did bring it, gave them only 3 pieces. I asked why a platter for 4 kids had come with only 3 slices of garlic bread and they apologised and said they'd sort it. This took another 10-15mins by which time it didn't really matter anyway. They came out to apologise again and said that they were short staffed and in fact had no kitchen staff in at all so it was the manager in the kitchen trying to cover the orders. I made sure they knew that it was ok and that I wasn't blaming them. My frustration isn't with the staff, they were fine. It's with Superbowl themselves, how can you justify charging us £112 for 2 games of bowling, £35 to feed and water 4 kids and then not provide enough staff (who are likely not paid...

Disappointing… We visited Sunday evening with 4 adults and two children. Right off the bat the place was very dirty and scruffy, not well looked after and so it was off putting from the start.

Once we were on a lane we noticed that the barrier wasn’t working on one side to find out half of it was falling to pieces and was broken. No offer to switch us to a different lane or anything even though there were loads free. We specifically asked for this as we had a 4 year old.

However we decided to ignore this and try to play anyway. The prices were ridiculous £84 for our family to play 2 games, no special offers or anything available. I decided to use the toilet which are situated down a long scruffy looking corridor to then find them locked and a sign saying I needed a code. I walked back and got this to then find the code didn’t work, my mother and 4 year old niece were also waiting to use the toilet now absolutely desperate.

The door was so broken it was actually stuck, there were no staff about what so ever to ask for help as they were in the kitchen chatting. Once they noticed I was there they proceeded to chat for another 5 minutes which was very rude. There was also another man at the bar waiting with no staff at all.

The toilets were also a DISGRACE absolutely disgusting, toilet roll all over the floor and it stunk. My niece who is autistic was almost in tears as she needed the toilet but was scared to use it because it was so dirty. By this point I was raging.

Food was abysmal, not to mention the menu had no prices on it at all. Clever money making strategy I must admit being able to change prices for peak times as they’re not specified.

Overall we were really disappointed with the experience and will probably go somewhere else next time as it was not worth £100 + of our hard...
