Centre closed for the moment but there is a wonderful pop-up cafe there with wonderful Worker Bee coffee and delicious raspberry and white chocolate brownies. Perfect for sitting on a bench while you watch the heron, cormorants, geese and a variety of ducks on the two ponds.
Update: Centre now reopened BUT pop up coffee has now gone. This removes one of my motivations for going. The centre volunteers offer instant coffee that is much cheaper but for me it's not the same. I believe the pop ups paid a portion of their takings to the centre- perhaps this deal...
