The Canadian Charcoal Pit Reddish — Restaurant in Stockport

Had to rate 1 star to write the review. Got my order wrong and when I spoke to the manager was told cant replace my as partner had bitten into dispite given specific instructions on the online order. Was a regular customer not anymore. The manger basically tried to have an arguement and was not helpful at all shouting down the phone. we will not be ordering from here again. Infact it was disgraceful the manger didn't offer something should we order again or replace the food his attitude was disgusting Awful service stay away if you want a takeaway honestly not worth the hassle if they get it wrong. Should be -10 we will be going elsewhere for a takeaway do not order from here if you want abuse if the order they send is wrong.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff. I ordered a chicken tikka kebab expecting chicken tikka instead I was given chicken in a tikka sauce. I rang as soon as I got home and asked could I come back for a refund £7 is a lot for a kebab. He hung up the phone on me twice! I then went back to the shop with the kebab and asked for a refund he wouldn’t give it me! I kicked off because I am absolutely disgusted that a refund wouldn’t be given in these circumstances! The guy was shouting in my face and ended up scratching the top of my hand with his dirty long nails! I then shouted at him swearing as nothing I did warranted him to get physical! I really like the pizza from here but I never get the one that’s advertised. The Italian Supreme pizza is said to have garlic on it, along with regular sausage and garlic sausage, but there was nothing garlic related with tonight’s order. Also, last time I ordered this pizza, I ended up the Sausage Supreme pizza instead, which has no garlic advertised in general. As a man who loves garlic, this is very upsetting to me 😂 That said, the scran is nice enough for me to keep coming back. Here’s some piccy wiccies of tonight’s order anyway.
