We had our sons birthday party here and he absolutely loved it. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food choice was brilliant and the portions were big. We needed a vegetarian option and this again was no trouble at all. They asked what time we wanted food out and this was very prompt, with the names on the food boxes to save time. Unlimited juice was provided during the play not just for food time. All in all a fantastic party. Thank you very much.

First time here and it was good my granddaughter really enjoyed it. The only downside was quite a few machines which you had to put a £1 in to get whatever it did...... Staff really nice... Toilets clean first time I have been to a children's place where they have a child's seat

0-4 years old area is pretty much a waste of time for very young kids and the number given when ordering for for the hungry kids is apparently the wait in hours for their food. Absolutely ridiculous and shall not be going back again

(Review from April 2025 that was removed) Today was the second time I’ve ever tried fun factory and I will not be coming back at all. On both occasions the temperature was freezing cold which isn’t the best thing however the real issue I have is that I took my daughter into the baby/toddler area (which was empty so we had the whole area all to ourselves) and after about 45 minutes of play my daughter was crawling off the soft play matted area and onto the carpet where she fell forward and smashed her face on the carpet. This resulted in her screaming and blood pouring from her mouth. I shouted to the staff member behind the desk to get me some toilet roll or tissue as she was bleeding. The staff member returned with some toilet roll, she looked at my baby girl and the response was “oh that’s bad” followed by “I don’t know what to do.” No documentation was filled out, no questions about how she did it, no questions regarding what happened, no first aid was attempted or given, Nothing. Beyond stressed and frustrated with the whole situation I ended up putting her in her pram and said I’ll sort her when I get home upon leaving the member of staff tied a balloon to the pram for her as an apology as she was still bleeding a lot and crying. I am extremely shocked with how a soft play area for children lack knowledge and understanding around first aid. how it is acceptable to not even question what has happened to resolve the issue or to prevent this from happening to another child. I understand children are supervised but surely this isn’t the first time this has happened to a so called “baby and toddler...

It's OK but quite small in my opinion. I was there to celebrate my Granddaughters birthday. The main fun area has separate areas one for soft play basketball/netball one for the climbing and slides etc. But, unlike others I've been to I was happy to be able to see the children playing due to the size of the building given it being a little small, I've been to some where we couldn't even see the play area from the seats we were given. The children celebrating the birthday were called for after playing for a while and given their food and cake (Both paid for by party organizer) in a separate little room with music and a screen that projects pictures onto the wall in the theme chosen by the parents. This time cute unicorns etc. The presents for the birthday girl were locked securely in this room while the children played prior to being called in for food. Which I found reassuring not having them lying around in the main room. The food served in addition to the party food, for the adults (not paid for by the party organizer) was reasonably priced and very generous portion sizes. All in all, I wouldn't say absolutely fantastic but I wouldn't say poor either. It's good for what you need for letting your children blow off some steam on a rainy day. I would use this...

We had a lovely few hours here with our 2.5 year old son. We had never been here before, but it was easy to find, it had plenty of parking and it was cheap. Myself, my husband and our son went, and it cost £5 for our son to get in. There was a baby/young children area where there were a huge range of toys. Then there was the toddler area which was a soft play area with a little climbing area and a slide. There were soft play blocks and things to climb on, and there was a ball pit. Our son loved this area! Then there was the bigger kids soft play area. This was huge and the kids seemed to be loving it! There was an enclosed football area with goals at either end, a shootout area with goals of different heights and lots of footballs for all the kids. There is a lovely looking cafe. We didn't eat here, but the food people had ordered around us looked and smelled good. The menu was pretty extensive with vegetarian and meat options, including the children's meals. Meals averaged £5 per person. They also sell cakes, crisps, chocolates and hot and cold drinks. They host parties, which are in a separate room but we did not experience this.

Overall, our son loved it, it was cheap and kept us busy for quite a long time, and we will definitely be...
