Hi guys , before i start my review i would like to say that I was very hesitant in travelling 100 miles from yorkshire , BUT yes a big BUT i am so glad that i did as the experience was amazing. From entering and exiting this place was fantastic. I wasn't sure what to order and so asked for some help from the friendly staff and to my supervise was given undivided attention in ordering to my liking and pallet. The pizza was then made in front of me and so was piping hot and fresh , just the way i like all my food , the taste was just unique and not like the usual average pizza we are used to in yorkshire , it had the correct base and toppings to make the taste and texture bang on.Im so glad i made the travel and tried this hidden gem and would 100% come back again , TBH it was so good that i took the stir fry donner home for my Sunday Brunch and what can i say , its 10/10 and tastes spot on. My message to the guys at the Pizza Factory Stoke on Trent would be just keep doing what your doing as its working and i am not one that likes average or Ok , for me it has to be on the dot and 100% bang on , and you did that for me . People who have not tried it , you MUST do so as you wont be disappointed, i am a foody and...
Read moreA lot of the food you can get via foodhub is noticeably ghost-kitchen-y. By that, I mean food that is prepared in the exact same way using what I'm guessing is some sort of template provided by Foodhub itself. This place doesn't feel that way. The fries, for example, are a lot different from other places I've ordered off of from foodhub, in a very good way. (If I had to make a comparison, they're like the ones from KFC) The pizza is also very nice, with a crispy cheese and generous toppings.
The staff has also been very personable and friendly, and I've had much better experiences giving them calls (To ask for clarification, specifics, etc.) than I would from other places.
My only complaint is the food can take a while to arrive, sometimes longer than the Foodhub timer. But it has still consistently...
Read moreWish I could give zero stars. I went in to place a small order. Waited 5 minutes to be seen by staff. However I appreciate they may have been busy. I ordered a portion of chips and a 12in garlic bread with cheese. It came to £13.18. The chips are £2.99 so I paid over TEN pounds for a garlic bread. After looking at other takeaways online in our area the average 12in garlic bread with cheese is between £6-£8 with some exceptions. I was told 15-20mins, I only live across the road so went home. I returned 15 mins later and received my food straight away. Within 5 mins of receiving my order the chips were stone cold and the garlic bread was lukewarm. The cheese had gone hard and rubbery. I wouldn’t have minded as much if the garlic bread hadn’t have been so expensive. Safe to say we will not...
