World of Water Aquatic Centre Gloucester — Attraction in Stroud

I have been visiting this store for the last few years it is located in a large garden centre with excellent facilities and plenty of parking. World of water has excellent friendly staff, who take their time to get to know you and offer excellent customer satisfaction. They know be my name! Highly recommended! It has reached a point where I only by my livestock and accessories exclusively from this store.

The quality of the fish are of high excellence and very competitive prices, significantly cheaper than other stores in Gloucester! If you feel its cheaper online, just mention it! Customer service, A* Highly recommended.

As usual the store is open and happily helping customers with their purchasing or general perusing. Today,I forgot my credit card and only realised when I approached the till Camille (store manager not sure of I've spelt your name correctly!).. happily gave me a receipt and said don't worry, bring the receipt back and you can pay for it than. What a store and excellent customer service... Please visit and show your support. The staff are awesome........

One of my favourite shops around.

Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful.

All staff are really knowledgeable in most areas.

They sell products hard to get, invert safe copper for example.

They always provide me with a brilliant customer service A+++

This is also a very dog friendly place.

They love dogs of all shapes and sizes even when they pee on them.

In all fairness this is my favourite place to shop and the staff are an absolute credit to the world of water brand.

Management should be proud of the team they have built because it shows with good feedback the customers speak high of the staff.

I will always shop here as long as they don’t get rid of the staff!

Came into your store today to buy a 60cm sump with metal grid ,a pump and pipe work for my 200kg stone to make a water feature. I was told by a very confident young man that due to the extreme weight I would need it custom manufactured and that it could not be made due to not knowing how the water would flow over the stone. I tried to explain that I had done a test run with a hose pipe but I don't think he could comprehend it. I've been into aquatics for over 45 years and most of my aquariums ponds and equipment have been purchased from you. In the past I've trusted your advice, but this did make me question it so I'm sad to say I will have to look ...
