We had a gorgeous walk on the hills, following a recommended Komoot walk from Wotton, through the woods and to Tyndale’s Monument. The paths are kinda well signposted but there are actually so many of them it can get confusing! Luckily, even with my very vague direction sense we were able to meander to the monument. The woods are beautiful, with bluebells and wood anemones in flower. There was also almost no litter! The sections along the exge of the hills gave great views too, across to Wales and other equally exotic lands 😝 We spent a couple of hours doing a circuit of the hills but you could certainly spend longer and dogs...
Read moreThis is a great place to go on a walk with family and friends. It is a good hang out especially for friends. On Wotton hill there are sometimes horses out and they are very friendly, also Wotton hill is a great place for if you have a dog and you want to go on a short walk with your dog. There are also events that go on at the hill like people will arrange a big group walk and when it comes over to November 5th people will gather on Wotton hill to watch the fireworks.
