I feel like this is a really under-rated and under-appreciated restaurant! We eat from here (too!) regularly, and are only disappointed by what we choose, not the cooking, ingredients or service. Staples are delicious - bhajis, naans, poppadoms&pickles, etc. Their biryanis are great. Curries are good and fairly varied, although not as hot as you might expect. The staff are keen to get you try new things (especially the sweets!).
Prices are fair, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Soft drinks were very flat, food usually always excellent however all dishes were warm at best, the naan bread looked like an over done cheap pizza dripping in fat. To top it all off the prices have risen dramatically? 95p for a poppadom… The place really couldn’t afford to drop standards but it has, it now falls way below where it should be.
