Again arguing with the customer and not taking responsibility. I have told them numerous times that no one in my party was impressed by the party as it was so unorganised and me stating this is always ignored! I 100% know that all my party felt this as we discussed it in the party room! isn't it the parents thoughts on the party the more important one anyway? The ones who paid for the party! Please don't make out I'm liar! This is such a poor response the management and I'm shocked at the comments saying that our version of events is different to theirs... Basically calling me a liar AGAIN! Why would i make something up? The party was an utter shamble! We complained on the day and they said we didn't, only about the lack of seating! i spoke to two party hosts that that wasn't good enough on numerous occasions, the party didn't start on time... 20 minutes late because of dirty tables! I complained about the service that we were getting, my husband did also. Nothing was done about anything! If our complaint was handled differently and the way it SHOULD be dealt with by management i would have let this go but because I have been treated so badly on the phone and on email i feel like people should know this! Oh the good will gesture was a return pass.... WHY would i return? No thank You! A return pass was included in the package we had so this is no way a good will gesture! I like to add about the health and safety here too. When i saw the tables being cleaned eventually there were cleaning cloths left on the tables for children to pick up, bin liners left obstructing walkways which i saw a child trip over! There were spillages on the floor with no signs! Over crowed which we heard a lot of other people complaining about too! Looking at other reviews they say similar things about the bad management here, its really not good and Anyone reading this don't even waste your time or money here you will be disappointed! Dirty place with bad service and bad attitude from staff! If i could give a zero-star...

We had a soft play party here in October. The service, staff, Communication, and cleanliness was disgusting! On arrival the party host hardly greeted us. She was unfriendly and you could tell she couldn't be bothered. We had to wait 20 minutes of our party time before we could even go in as there was no space to stand and watch our children let alone sit down. We know you don't reserve space as we have been told this already but if we have a party we need to able to be by our children and rest of the party! We made our frustration known to the party hosts several times and nothing was done and there was no apology either. A member of staff called Jackie who was very rude to us. Again we told the party host this and she didn't even say anything about it. The whole time we were so embarrassed infront of the other parents! It was so unorganised and the staff were so unprofessional. The soft play was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The flooring was discoloured and marked it just looked horrible! The party room was also dirty, things on the floor. Me and my wife had to tidy it to make it look presentable. There were banners on the wall from a previous party which I had to take down myself. We had requested 4 high chairs and this hadn't been arranged. We had to wait for these and had to carry out 4 chair ourselves. The customer service was so bad and the place is an utterly shambles! My wife has emailed them to complain and the responses from management is even worse from Sue Lloyd and Cliff Nicholls. We have basically been called liars and that the party in their eyes was delivered to a good service which most definitely was not the case. We have been told that our concerns weren't mentioned on the day when they clearly were several times! We have also been told that the parents from our party had asked for details on future parties, because which again was 100% not true! I could go on and on... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! If I could give a ZERO star...

A massive thankyou to everyone at Jump Xtreme at Tamworth. From the first phonecall with Sue, up until the very end, the service was absolutely amazing!! During my first call with Sue, she was very informative and considerate of all my questions about a birthday party hire. She even gave me some suggestions and put me at ease straight away. I booked the combi package for my son's 6th birthday party. I was allocated Tommy who was our host.... I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was an absolute gem! The whole team (esp Sue and Tommy) took on board and accommodated all my requests without any hesitation. The whole team were amazing... Angie was also a massive help. Prior to my party, I received a phone call to ensure everything was in order. When I arrived on the day, I was asked immediately whether everything was ok and whether I needed anything else. I was allowed to attend early to assist with the set up of the party room (at my request). Tommy was an absolute star with the kids.... He even joined in with the jumping and soft play and helped the kids build their castle with blocks. Tommy was even able to persuade my little one to go down the big slide which he was hesitant to do before. Tommy went into the soft play and really got stuck in with the kids. He really worked his magic. He was always at hand and made sure everything ran smoothly. I also had every faith in him as he came across very professional from the outset. The whole team were just fab!!! It felt like a little family unit. Sues husband even came up and introduced himself and made a real effort. My every request was adhered to which made the whole experience amazing. Most importantly the kids had an amazing time and the parents were wowed at how organised the whole event was, i.e esp when moving from one section to another and ensuring no child was left behind, constantly doing headcounts etc. Thankyou to the whole team!!
