Lots of shops mainly clothes. A really good M&S factory outlet & Nike shop, but also a jewellery shop, book shop and a play area for the under 12 year old. A bouncy castle in side with play ball area and slides. A good place to go if it's raining and the younger children need entertaining. You can sit and have a coffee and cake while the kids play. It's a very safe play area too. There are staff around so you can relax a bit. I think it's around £5 to get in the soft play area. It goes cheaper for each child and adults go are free. Not 100% sure on the price as it's ages since mine was young enough to go. In the warmer weather they can pan for gold in the pirate ship area. All the shops are undercover as its like a shopping Mall. Plenty of parking right outside. It's free for the 1st 2-3 hours. An ATM MACHINE on the Asda side of the entrance. On mentioning that, there's a big Asda right at the side of Atlantic Village. There's also a lot of new development going on across the road. A new McDonald's, Aldi &Lidl a Premier Inn among others being built. It's a lot more develop than it was when Atlantic Village was first built. A day out could be spent up there. Not a cheap day out but I would recommend you to...
Read moreAn Out of town artificial retail park, devoid of atmosphere. A lot of car park with a two hour limited parking, which is bizarre as there is no other reason to be there other than to look around shops. Many of the shops are supposedly "outlets" but are often far more expensive than high streets or supermarkets or selling stuff they never sold in high streets. The retail units change use with alarming frequency as they fail to succeed as a business. I have been several times, the 1st I thought it was new and not established, the second time was disappointed, the third thought how expensive the "outlets" were for example Cadbury shop a lot more expensive than tesco for chocolate, the fourth time confirmation of a waste of fuel to go there. It is part of a group of retail parks around the country which give the illusion of a bargin retail park. I suspect some things in some places are cheaper but never what I have been looking for. I will not go again but live 30 miles away. May be if you are nearby it is worth visiting regularly and...
Read moreSorry to say that in particular the Nike factory outlet in atlantic village is no longer worth going too trainers are over priced and staff not very friendly if you want cheap new trainers go to eBay. Lots of people selling trainers bought from these outlet shops and actually selling them cheaper then this shop is. Last time I went I paid £28.00 plus 20 percent off £22.40 for a pair of boys trainers exactly the same pair on eBay posted were £17.99 obviously over pricing then putting on a small discount so you think you are getting a bargain. IN FACT you are not manager very rude have spoken to her a couple times sorry to say don't bother wasting fuel going here. Nearly forgot to mention URBAN. I'm amazed absolutely shocked in FACT this place is still hear. superdry more like super over priced I would say my wardrobe consists of superdry and Nike and that's it you will find superdry here the same price as superdry in towns across the country and some of these products are actually seconds absolutely disgusting this place...
