Rituals — Attraction in Watford

was very disappointed with the service at Rituals. Despite spending a considerable amount, no one offered to assist us while we browsed. One staff member mentioned we could receive a free item on our second purchase, so we decided to pay in two separate transactions. However, she scanned our membership and completely ignored our request to split the payments, which meant we couldn’t claim the offer she had just told us about.

As loyal members, we don’t feel valued at all. We weren’t informed about any current offers, and despite spending over £100, we weren’t given the free gift box we were entitled to. On top of that, we felt rushed to just pay and leave, without proper attention or care being given to our experience.

We came back expecting the same great service we experienced last year, but this visit left us feeling disappointed, unappreciated, and questioning whether being a member is even worth it. After this, we’re not sure if...

I visited the Watford store and, as ever, received excellent customer service. The staff in any of the stores visited, whether in the UK, at airports or abroad are always superb, very professional, kind and patient. This time I was served by Charvita and she took time to explain the different products. All the staff in this store are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. i have also been served by Ella and Linda and, again, their professionalism is superb.
