This is a fantastic museum, inside the town museum and art gallery. There are no signs anywhere directing you to the regimental museum though and we had to ask for directions. The museum covers the history of the regiment in its various incarnations and mergers to the present day. It’s a mix of broad history and personal anecdotes with plenty of exhibits to see as well. A fabulous and free museum but needs more signage so people know it’s there!
