The Buzz Worcester — Attraction in Worcester

First ever trip. Staff were AMAZING. Attended the sen session, which was perfect. The queue moved efficiently, I hadn't booked online, but that didn't hinder anything, within 5 minutes, I'd signed the waiver, paid, found my locker and entered the room. Maria was very helpful and understanding of the battles I have with twin toddlers and a 5 year old with additional needs. She even found the teddy that one of them had dropped outside the building! Really made me feel empowered and braver about bringing them all out by myself. Everything was clean, the inflatable room, the carpets outside, the lockers, the dining sections. Took my grandsons recently, not for the first time. However this time they only wanted to stay in the play area for half an hour - what spoiled it was too many adults in there. I realise under 5s can have an adult accompanying them, but there were just too many adults in there including dads blocking the obstacle course whilst taking videos of their children, dads taking videos of children coming down the slide, etc etc. Heaven knows what would happen if one of these adults jumped and landed on a small child. I thought this was supposed to be a play area...

Been here many times however new inflatable course is not aimed for small children. Harder to get up to the slides and impossible for smaller children. Mums wanting to down the slide with babies/small toddlers on their laps first have an impossible task of getting up there. Used to be able to run the whole of the outside with fun obstacles which is now very small area. Overall still good for adults and older kids but no longer caters for everyone. The previous course was 1000% better...
